Are you familiar with Software as a Service and cloud computing platforms? Software as a Service allows you to access your relocations related data from any location through a secure user name and password. For example you might already be familiar with Software as a Service when using applications such as Google I docs or services like Paypal for secure online purchases. Cloud computing allows you to host applications and securely store all related data at your finger tips online. So if you currently use Google I docs or any sites to host your photos, then you are already storing data on the cloud.

As an industry professional, you are aware that the main challenge of organizing the relocation of your staff, whether for a short term business trip or a lengthy project spent abroad, is to keep track of and manage all the deadlines and important data from the many parties involved. In the past you may have received phone calls from an assignee complaining about never receiving a key document when they are due to travel the next day, or from a frustrated destination services provider who was not informed on time about the exact arrival of the transferee and could not comply with a previous agreement because of that...
