Our staff is well educated in the demands and requirements of fast-track industrial projects. We are also aware of the importance of scheduling and manpower needs during maintenance shutdowns and turnaround projects.

HistoryIn 1989, Vezér Engineering and Construction was formed and in 1991 it was licensed in California by its founder Frank Vezér, a Mechanical Engineer and Construction Manager who has been highly successful in the mining, cement and paper industries.

In 1993, Mr. Vezér formed a partnership with two gentlemen from the Northwest to establish a new company called Vezér’s Precision Industrial Constructors of California (Vezér’s PIC), specializing primarily in maintenance, engineering and construction within the cement, gold and paper industries.

In 1996, Vezér’s PIC purchased Kiln and Mill Services, an Indiana company. This company had been formed in 1975 and served both the cement and mining industries. They specialized in precision equipment repairs of rotary kilns, ball mills and roll presses.

In 1998, Mr. Vezér acquired all remaining shares and became the sole shareholder of the three merged companies under Vezér Industrial Professionals, Inc.

In 2006, Mr. Vezér created two independent companies Mining Management International, Inc. (MMI) serving the State of California and Machine Repair International, LLC (MRI) serving all locations except the State of California. Both companies now perform under the trade name Vezér Industrial Professionals.
