from the vernacular type i’ve collected, i have altered the “Argos” logo using split com-plementary relationship, ini-tially, starting from the colour red. the use of pastel cyan on the letter ‘a’ works really well alongside the red. this composition illustrates why argos uses dark pea green for the background color of their catalogue as it compli-ments the colour of the logo really well.
