CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Event dateWednesday, 13 November to Thursday, 14 November 2019The General Meeting on Wednesday, 13 November 2019 is reser-ved for FSK members. The conference will be opened for all confe-rence participants at 11:20 a.m. following the General Meeting.

Participation fee and services. The participation fee for the conference is 920. - Euro for FSK members and 1080. - Euro for non-members. (all prices are exclusive of VAT)Following services are included:. Participation in the entire conference. Conference documents. Lunch on 13 and 14 November 2019. Evening event on 13 November 2019. Factory tour of the Rampf Holding on 14 November 2019 (Competitor companies please contact the FSK in this matter). If required, simultaneous translation of the presentations into English

Hotel/AccommodationThe hotels are located in the immediate vicinity of the conferen-ce venue (please park at the hotel or in the nearby multi-storey car park). The FSK has reserved all room contingents. The room reservation/booking is to be made exclusively via the FSK and will be invoiced with the participation fee as a total amount. Please use the registration form for accommodation and participation. Hotel reservation as long as the room contingent of the FSK is sufficient and according to the date of registration.

CancellationIf the registration is cancelled in writing before 20 Oct. 2019, the participation fee will be 100% refunded. In this case the FSK will charge a processing fee of 25.- Euro. A representation of the regis-tered participant is possible! In case of cancellation after 20 Oct. 2019 (postmark) the participant invoice remains in full and the conference documentation will be sent as soon as the total invoice amount has been settled. The hotel arrangement is included in the invoice.
