Manifest Distilling is Northeast Florida’s premier event space. The distillery’s

9,000 square foot space boasts a sleek, upscale design and consists of three

versatile spaces under one roof: the bar, the tasting room and the distillery. Each space

connects with rolling glass doors allowing for a range of private or semi-private events.

HOW DO I SCHEDU LE A VEN U E TOU R?

Tours can be scheduled through Curate & Co. (Manifests

Event Liaison) seven days a week. Please check

availability via email at [email protected].

HOW MANY GU ESTS CAN MANIFEST D ISTILLING

ACCOMMODATE?

Specific capacity varies depending on the type of event.

Manifest Distilling’s maximum capacity for the entire

space is 167 guests. The capacity for each space is

listed below:

• The Bar - 60 standing / 40 seated

• The Tasting Room - 30 standing / 16 seated

• The Distillery - 160 standing / 75 seated

DO I NEED AN E VENT PL ANNER?

Although not necessary, an event planner is highly

recommended to make your event as seamless as

possible. Your planner will assist you with securing rentals,

hiring a caterer and bartending service, etc.

IS IT REQUIRED TO USE MANIFESTS ALCOHOL?

It’s only required that you use Manifest spirits over

competing spirits. Inquire for special exemptions.

Please note that all liquor must be served by an insured

licensed professional.

DOES THE VEN U E INCLU DE TABLES AND CHAIRS?

A limited number of tables and chairs are available for

your use. If rentals are needed, Curate & Co. will connect

you to one of our event rental partners.

DO YOU HAVE A BRIDAL SU ITE OR GROOM ’ S ROOM?

At this time, we do not. However, there are top notch

salons, hotels and Airbnb’s in close proximity to Manifest.

You can also rent the Beauty Bardot Bus and park in one

of our parking lots, or nearby.

WHAT DOES THE VEN U E RENTAL INCLU DE?

Exclusive use of the event venue for up to five hours, on-

site security for the duration of your event, and janitorial

services following your event are included with the venue

rental. The rental does not include: food, beverage, decor,

or entertainment.

HOW DO I SAVE THE DATE AND WHEN IS THE

BAL ANCE DU E?

To secure an event date at Manifest, we require a 50%

deposit and signed contract. The balance due for your

event should be paid on or two weeks prior to your

event date.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY E VENT ?

In the event of a cancellation, all payments made to date

are nonrefundable.

CAN YOU PROVIDE DETAILS FOR E VENT SET- U P

AND BRE AKDOWN?

We will open the doors two hours before your event for

set-up and delivery of rentals will be accepted at this

time, as well. All decorations and other belongings must

be removed within one hour of the event.

OVERVIEW

Manifest will arrange for a one-day charitable permit to

be pulled and is responsible for staffing the bar. They

can prepare any cocktail options requested and sell by

the drink. A registered Florida non-profit will need to be

associated with the event and all profits from the bar will

be donated to that non-profit.
