M/s.Visual IQ Techno Services India Private Limited , is a company incorporated under the Companies Act,1956 on 01.11.2006. The company proposes to set up a IT/ITES unit in Infopark SEZ. M/s.Brigade Enterprises Limited,the co-developer of Infopark SEZ has vide letter No.Nil dated 04.01.2016 conveyed their willingness to allot 10050 Sq.Ft of built up space for implementation of the project. The directors of the unit are Mr.Vincent Chittilappilly and Mr. Jaison Chittilappilly

The proposed investment is Rs.471.00 lakh and the projected exports during the first five years of operation is Rs.18779.00 lakh with NFE of Rs.18329.00 lakh.

M/s.Advenser Engineering Services Private Limited, is a company incorporated under the Companies Act,1956 on 17.09.2008. The company proposes to set up a IT/ITES unit in Infopark SEZ. M/s.Lulu Cyber Park Pvt Ltd,the co-developer of Infopark SEZ has vide letter No.LCPPL/ADVENSER/01/2015-16 dated 19.01.2016 conveyed their willingness to allot 4560 Sq.Ft of built up space for implementation of the project. The directors of the unit are Mr.Mathewson K,Mr.Cinu P Thomas and Mr.Biju Mattamana.

The proposed investment is Rs.39.65 lakh and the projected exports during the first five years of operation is Rs.2800.00 lakh with NFE of Rs.2800.00 lakh.

Request of M/s.Burndy Technology and Global Business Services Pr ivate Limited, a unit in Infopark SEZ for expansion of existing project parameters.

Burndy Technology and Global Business Services Private Limited is holding a Letter of Approval No. KL:01:06:INFOPARK(I):2V dated 18.10.2011 for export of IT Enabled Services in Infopark SEZ. The unit commenced commercial operations in Infopark SEZ with effect from 16.01.2012. They have so far effected exports worth Rs.3389.26 lakh for the period up to March 2015.This project involves 100% foreign equity participation.They have vide letter No.Nil dated 17.12.2015 submitted an application for enhancement of capacity of production .The details are given below:-

To meet the enhanced capacity of production, they propose to deploy an additional employment of 123 persons. They also propose to make an additional investment of Rs.544 lakhs during the next one year of operation .M/s.Lulu Cyber Park Pvt Ltd, the co-developer of Infopark SEZ has vide letter no.LCPPL/Burndy/01/2015-16 dated 26.112015 given consent to allot an additional area of 19780 sq.ft. to meet the present requirement of the unit.

The request of the unit is placed before the Approval committee for consideration.
