Congratulations for your desire to live a life of deeper meaning

and purpose which has attracted you to this simple wisdom

contained in this book. Reading this book itself is a sign of your

readiness for an arrival to the core. Definitely the content of this

your horizons. As the saying goes “When the student is ready, the

teacher arrives.” The Teacher can arrive in any form-through a

book, an incident or in the form of a person; the means doesn't

matter, it is just an excuse. When we want something, life will guide

us to it, but by unexpected paths. Like a cell phone searches for

network, our mind searches in the mind-net to get what we want.

Throwing Some light

“We cannot solve our problems with the same level

of thinking that created them.” - Albert Einstein

If you are on a highway in the night where there are neither

street lights nor moon light, yet you can drive at ease because the

car has head lights which shows the sign posts along the road.

Similarly when the light within is present, one can reach the

destination with ease. In order to make the light within present one

has to ignite the fire within.

The light of a small candle can dispel thousands of years of

darkness. The information in this book is like throwing some light

on things that matter most in your life. In the presence of light,

there is no room for darkness.

There are three knowledge zones. You know that you know. You

know that you don’t know and you don’t know that you don’t know.

The last zone is the undiscovered gold mine.

It happened in a house. In the middle of the night a house

caught fire. The whole house was burning, and the master of the

house was fast asleep, drunk. Everybody escaped except the master.

Then the neighbors realized that he would not be able to come out

because he was so drunk. A few people rushed in though it was

risky and started dragging him out. As he was drunk and fast asleep

and also heavy it was difficult to pull him out of the window, but

that was the only possibility as the door was burning. They tried

from one window, then they tried from the other window, but it was

becoming increasingly difficult.

Then one wise old man said, “Hit him hard on the head! Wake

him. Then he will find the way to get out and we need not worry.”

So they hit him hard on the head and he opened his eyes and they

all jumped from the window and he also jumped from the window.

As Gloria Steinem said “The truth will set you free. But first, it

will piss you off.” The content of this book may hit you hard. The


hitting is out of compassion. You can throw away this book, if it

irritates you by this time. But if you want to throw away the irritation,

read on. There are some chapters, you may feel are irrelevant to

you; they can be dodged. Take a day's time to read this book and

reflect. While you are reading this book, when some thing touches

you deeply, take time to reflect before reading further. In those

moments of silence, the glimpses of your heart’s desires can be

found. The voice unheard can be heard.
