4th Annual Global Capital Trends Pulse Survey

The Jamaica Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Deloitte Consulting in the execution of its 4th Annual Global Capital Trends pulse survey. The brief survey will help to identify and calibrate the relevance of Human Capital trends in 2016 and the next several years. You are invited to let your view-points and experiences help to shape Jamaica’s representation in this survey for the first time since it was launched. The survey should take no more than 30 minutes of your time to complete

Understanding the changing business, HR and talent landscape is critical to corporate and public sector executives. Both the turbulent global economy and the continuously changing business landscape require Human Resources leaders and professionals to be agile and proactive when anticipating evolving market trends.

The pulse survey provides a list of 10 trends identified by a global Human Capital group, and asks you about the relevance of each of these trends to your organization, and your preparedness to deal with these trends. As is our stated policy, your responses will remain completely confidential and will not be directly associated with you or your company in any way.

Take the Survey here: The Global Human Capital Trends 2016 pulse survey

We thank you in advance for your participation, and will share the results in early 2016. To show our appreciation, all respondents who complete the survey will receive a copy of the final report and will be invited to a global webcast on the 2016 trends and the results of the global pulse survey. You are also invited to view the 2015 Human Capital Trends report. The survey will remain open until Oct. 30th 2015.
