Advanced search allows specific vehicles to appear on heat sheet as per dealer objectives.

Expandable vehicle data shows year/make/model, trim levels, avg. mkt. price and kms along with Market Day Supply info. Gold star means vehicle is in dealers Buy List.

Stocking Objective slider dynamically displays vehicles that conform to dealers objectives for either High Volume or High margins.

Buy List will list vehicles that match the dealers desired criteria (high margins / high volume) for stocking opportunities.

Market Day Supply: The number of days it will take to sell the total number of vehicles available in the market based on the number sold in the last 45 days.

Market availability (clicking opens retail availability list window), auction availability, user-defined target cost objectives as well as Canadian Black Book values.

The notes area can be populated with copied and pasted exit strategy fly out info (from the Appraisal page, or any user-defined comments about the vehicle.

Target Supply is the threshold limit of the Market Days Supply the dealer is willing to accept on this vehicle (user-defined in the settings).

Appraisal Tool PageAPPRAISAL

User can fill in information here to record the details of the customer or wholesaler in order to maintain accurate record keeping. Postal code determines vehicle search parameters.

Summary allows user to input Cost to Mkt. factors such as Recon and Cert fees as well as their profit objectives. In addition, they can alter the % of Mkt and ranking to specify where they would like to be competitively and what to pay for the trade.

This area displays information regarding the average market details for the year, make and model (and trim refinements, if selected) of the vehicle being appraised as well as link thru to market availability.

Canadian Black Book info will be displayed here showing wholesale, loan and retail book values.

This vehicle list displays the dealerships live inventory. The competitive data is refreshed every 24 hours and the dealerships inventory is ranked manually by clicking the ranking link in the bottom left corner of the vehicle list window.

The most important data displayed here is Mkt. Day Supply, % to Mkt and the ranking (Price and V-rank)

Allows user to refine the radius of competitive set info and narrow the results of the competitive set by selecting additional trim options etc.

Displays detailed vehicle information and stock number (if available).

Shows list price, unit cost and profit objective based on user-defined info, populated from appraisal tool. VMax button maximizes profit without negatively affecting ranking.

Informs user of price to market, price and V ranking that dynamically changes as the various gauges/fields are manipulated.
