1 PhotographyWith the schools digital reflex ca meras you
work with composition, light, shutter, and photo
assignments.
2 Guitar for beginnersWe play the most basic chords of new and
classic songs.
3 DesignWe create jewelry, felt, knit, cr ochet, make
leatherwork and sew. Only your imagination setsthe limit.
4 EnglishWe discuss in English to practi se our language
skills. We improve our grammar through lessons.
5 Developing countriesYou will learn about the situation in a deve loping
country and the opportunity to do humanitarian
work.
6 DancingWe practise differe nt kinds of partner or group
dancing like salsa, waltz, etc.
7 ChoirWe work to improve your singing voice (e.g.
intonation and timbre) and sing great songs inunison.
8 BandWe jam the finest tunes together. From groove,
cool rythms to catchy melodies.
The inspiration subjects will provide you with the opportunityto discover a nd practise an extra i nterest or skill.
We offer a range of subjects with either a physical, musical,creative or societal angle. You choose two per semester.
In most of our subjects it is possible to achievecertificates with international validation that will
officially certify you as an instructor or will serve
as official proof of your ability to e.g. scuba dive
or kayak on your own.
CertificatesAs a Danish Folk High School Vejle SportsAcademy offers non-formal education. There
are no academic requirements for admittanceand there are no exams but you will get adiploma as a proof of your attendance.
If you speak a minimum of Danish you can choose between even more inspiration subjects.
