bids will be sold to the highest bidder.Terms: The terms of the sale are cash, checks accepted.

Checks must be made payable to Vedvei Charolais Ranch.

Disputes: The auctioneer will settle any disputes as to bids by declaring all bids off and reselling the animal in question.

Handling: Each animal will be at the purchaser’s risk as soon as sold and settlement must be made at the completion of the sale. All cattle will be loaded out by seller upon instructions from the buyer, but at the buyer’s risk.

Health: All animals will have health certificates. All females are calfhood vaccinated. All bred females will be pregnancy tested.

EPDs from the 2014 Fall AICA Sire Summary. Breeders Guarantee: Unconditionally guarantees all

animals to be fit as breeding stock. If an animal fails to perform to your satisfaction, credit toward another animal will be given. All animals that don’t perform and are returned must be in good condition and weigh according to age.

All of the cattle are registered or recorded in the American-International Charolais Association and proper registration certificates will be furnished unless otherwise stated.

Transfer of ownership will be completed by Vedvei Charolais and Jensen Charolais.

Announcements: Announcements from the auction block will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalog.

Welcome to Vedvei Charolais Ranch’s third “Dakota Stan-dard” female sale. We have Jensen Charolais as a guest consignor. For more than 28 years we have focused our breeding program around a balance of economically rel-

evant traits, including moderate birth weights, high growth po-tential, adequate milk, and fertility. Many of our herd sires were in the National Sire Evaluation Program and today we continue in the Weight Trait project with MARC and the National Beef Cattle Consortium. The cattle will all be penned on site sale day; however, the auction will be presented on video by DVAuctions. Scott, DJ, Jerod and I have put together a great set of females for this sale. We are offering many of the same genetics you have become accustomed to in the past along with some of our newer genetics. These cattle all have a very balanced set of EPDs and we feel they will continue to do a good job for each of you. We will offer an outstanding group of cow/calf splits, a small group of fall calving cows that will calve by sale day, and some of our very best bred heifers. Several of these females would be cows we would consider using as donor cows and several of the calves could be shown. All the spring calving females will be pregnancy tested prior to the sale. Scott, DJ, Jerod and I along with our families look forward to answering any questions you may have prior to the sale or just visiting with you on sale day.
