ComartSiriIsland-Iran

SONEDESWRODesalinationPlant-Tunisia

Totalprojectvalue:$33.000.000Owner:SONEDEEPC: The first stage of this project was to implement on behalf of the water supply facility,SONEDE, tendesalination plants in Southern Tunisia: in the regions of Tozeur, Nefta, Douz, Kebili,Matmata, Hezoua,Mareth,BeniKhdeche,SoukLahadandBelkhir,withacapacityrangingfrom1200to8000m3/day.Thenationalwaterqualityimprovementprogramme(PNA)aimstoreducethesalinityofthewaterservedbySONEDEuptoamaximumof1.5g/l.Theprogrammeextendstotwostages:During the first stage,waterquality in regionswitha salinityhigher than2g/lwas improved.This stageinvolved 13 projects, out ofwhich 10 desalination plantswith a total capacity of 36,200m³/d. The firststagewasfinancedbytheKfW.During the second stage,water quality in regionswith a salinity higher between1.5 and 2 g/l has beenimproved. Totalprojectvalue:$2.180.000.000Owner:DONGenergyEPC: TheHejreoilandgasfieldis locatedincentralpartoftheNorthSea.It lies300kmawayfromtheDanishcoastinLicense5/98atawaterdepthof70m.The development concept includes a manned wellhead and processing platform. Five HTHP productionwellsisdrilledtoadepthof67mandtiedbacktotheplatform.Sevenmoreproductionwellsareplannedtobedrilledinthefuture.The fieldwas decommissioned at the end of its operating life. The hydrocarbons recovered at the fieldinclude a large concentration of natural gas liquids (NGLs), which necessitate the construction of adedicated onshore facility. The Hejre processing platform features a wellhead, processing facilities andotherequipment.Itincludesalivingquarterstoaccommodate70people.Thedesignoftheplatformincludesaloadbearingstructureandtopsideswhichwasconstructedonshore,towedtothefieldandinstalledusingbargecranes.Pilesweredrivenintotheseabedfortheloadbearingstructure.Theprocessingcapacityoftheplatformis6,000m3aday.Theprocessingareaissplitintotwostreams-liveoilcontainingNGLsandsalesgas.Itincludescoolers,separatorsandgastreatmentsystem.TheplatformwasbuiltinaSouthKoreanshipyardandwasshippedtotheHejrefieldin2015.FirststeelfortheplatformconstructionwascutinJune2013.
