Brethren, I must apologize for the need to resend the information and schedule for the 33° Conferral and KCCH

Investiture program. In my haste to get this out I published the wrong dates for the program. The correct

dates are Friday, November 18th for check in and Saturday, November 19th for the Conferral and

Investiture program with the Red and White banquet to follow.

In working to have a good count of folks attending the Luncheon and Banquet, please have your member

contact the Charlotte Valley office directly by phone or email with their reservations or if more preferable

work through your valley office and they in turn can provide a final number to Charlotte. For the Red and

White banquet tickets, checks can be mailed to the Charlotte Scottish Rite, PO Box 221149, Charlotte,

NC 28222. The banquet tickets upon arrival at the Temple.

The cutoff date for reservations is the close of business on Thursday, November 3, 3011.

I humbly apologize for any confusion throughout the Orient due to the miscommunications of information.

Please make your reservations before October 28, 2011 as any unused rooms will be released at this time. Check in time is after 3 PM. Checkout is at 12 PM. Early arrival / late departure is based on availability. Directions – From I-85: Take I-77 South. Follow directions from I-77 below. From I-77: Take the Trade Street – East, exit (10B). Follow Trade Street towards uptown, approximately ¾ mile The hotel will be on the left at 100 W. Trade St. between Church and Tryon Streets. Hotel parking: Parking area entrance is off of Trade Street. Use the circular drive through and the underground entrance is straight ahead past the revolving door entrance. Rates: $12 self parking, $18 valet per car per day.
