In response to the different tastes and the different worlds of our guests,
this year, Evok Hotels Collection offers various ways to celebrate love.
The traditional "French style", with a gourmet dinner at the Restaurant
du Palais Royal, or a wellness escape for two at the Spa La Colline,
followed by a night at the Nolinski...
In a more casual setting but still very top-end and parisian,
a night with a view on the Eiffel Tower, at the Brach Paris, and then enjoy

NOLINSKI
The love of goof food and the chic side of the Saint Honoré dessert revisited as a "croque amour". A dessert to be shared, in the shape of a heart and a choux bun red like a throbbing heart, a light vanilla-flavoured cream and a raspberry compotée with timut pepper.

A shared dessert for a moment of connection, a cake with a surprise in its heart, accompanied by four "pastry lolly pops", flavoured chocolate, ginger, tea and red fruits, all to be shared.
