The Crinkle Machine with Vacuum has been desinged by Metod Makine for using either with mold or manually to give crinkle effects on jeans. Consists of one main body and one heating unit. The effect to be given on the jeans after resin application, can not become deformed and changed thanks to the vacuum system. Processing time, top-bottom heatings and mannequins can be easily controlled by the Control Panel in front of the Heating Unit. Vacuum control is done by pedal system. Thanks to the top-bottom fans in the heating unit, hot air is being distributed homogenously. Precuring process is proceeded by the infrared heatings in the heating unit and this process takes approximately 2-2,5 minute for one jean, so daily capacity would be around 600 pcs a day.
