BEFORE YOU BEGINMake sure you have all of the V40 components. Access your online members' areas so that you can read all set up and usage instructions carefully.
Care Instructions : belt is machine washable. Hang dry. Do not tumble dry.
Before training, do a dynamic warm up for 10-15 minutes to prepare your body for the V40 training system. Start with a light jog and then do the dynamic warm up. (see online in members area for full dynamic workout)
Each week you should have three workout days with a day of rest in between each workout and then 2 days of rest before you begin the next way. (Example: train Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Off days would be Tuesday, Thursday, and then the weekend two days off before starting the next week's workout)
This program can be extended beyond the initial 6-week cycle for continued athletic progression. However, because this is an advanced 6-week workout, you must take a full week off from it before you begin again.
