The present invention relates to binding molecules, such as human monoclonal antibodies, that bind to influenza virus comprising HA of the H3 subtype, such as H3N2, and have a broad neutralizing activity against such influenza virus. The disclosure provides nucleic acid molecules encoding the antibodies, their sequences and compositions comprising the antibodies and methods of identifying or producing the antibodies. The antibodies can be used in the diagnosis, prophylaxis and/or treatment of an influenza virus H3N2 infection. In a preferred embodiment, the antibodies provide cross-subtype protection, such that infections with H3, H7, and/or H10-based influenza subtypes can be prevented and/or treated.

A rounding device for rounding food dough is provided with a conveyance device (9) which conveys the food dough (7) and a pair of forming plates (11, 13) which, on the upper face of the conveyance device (9), are arranged so as to extend along the conveyance direction (R) of the conveyance device. The forming plates (11, 13) at least have opposing sloped surfaces (18B, 22B). The sloped surfaces are tilted outward from the lower side to the upper side so that the gap between the sloped surfaces is narrow on the lower side and wide on the upper side. The rounding device rounds the food dough using the sloped surfaces (18B, 22B) of the pair of forming plates (11, 13). The pair of forming plates (11, 13) has longitudinal components which move longitudinally relative to each other in the opposite directions, and the pair of forming plates (11, 13) also has lateral components which move relative to each other in the width direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction so as to approach and separate from each other. The pair of forming plates (11, 13) can move along a movement path in which the distance of movement according to the longitudinal components is greater than the distance of movement according to the lateral components.

The method may provide either, or both, notification of the imminent failure condition and disconnection of power to the electrical load by operating a disconnection switch within the electricity meter when it is determined the electricity meter is in the imminent failure condition.

A solar cell management system for increasing the efficiency and power output of a solar cell and methods for making and using the same. The management system provides an electric field across an individual solar cell, an array of solar cells configured as a panel, or a group of solar panels. The imposed electric field exerts a force on both the electrons and holes created by light incident on the solar cell and accelerates the electron-hole pairs towards the electrodes of the solar cell. Compared to conventional solar cells, these accelerated electron-hole pairs travel a shorter distance from creation and spend less time within the solar cell material, therefore the electron-hole pairs have a lower likelihood of recombining within the cells' semiconductor's material. This reduction in the electron-hole recombination rate results in an overall increase in the solar cells' efficiency and greater power output.

A socket for testing or connecting an integrated circuit is disclosed having a platform for receiving the integrated circuit and adapted to overlay a piece of test equipment or other board, the platform formed with an array of slots each locating a portion of a two-piece connector assembly. When the integrated circuit is seated on the platform, the two piece connector assemblies pivot so as to make contact between a contact pad on the IC and the board for establishing or evaluating signal transmission by the IC. The platform houses a resilient elongate elastomer that biases the connector assembly out of the platform to make contact with the board or test equipment. When the IC is placed on the platform, the bias of the resilient tubular member is overcome and an electrical connection is established across the connector assembly.

Provided is a pellet production method that, in pelletizing and smelting a nickel oxide ore and producing ferronickel which is an iron-nickel alloy: makes the smelting reaction proceed effectively; increases the Ni content in the obtained ferronickel; and can prevent the ferronickel obtained after the smelting reaction from becoming granular. This pellet production method is a method for producing pellets that are used for producing an iron-nickel alloy and that are produced by mixing at least a nickel oxide ore, a carbonaceous reducing agent, and an iron oxide and agglomerating the obtained mixtures, the method comprising: a step S11 for producing at least two types of mixtures having different mixing ratios of said nickel oxide ore, said carbonaceous reducing agent, and said iron oxide; and a step S12 for forming pellets, which are agglomerates having a layered structure, by using said two or more types of mixtures such that the mixture with the highest content ratio of said iron oxide, among said two or more types of mixtures that have been obtained, forms the outermost layer.
