Tribunal, Delhi Bench in the PB -4. (Rs.37,400-67,000/-) + GP Rs. 10,000/- (6th CPCscales) on regular basis by transfer/transfer on deputation basis from -

Eligibility;

(a) Officers of the Central (including Railways)/State Governments, HighCourts:(i) holding analogous posts on a regular basis; or(ii) With 3 years’ regular service in the post in PB -4 (Rs.37,400-67,000/-) + GPRs.8,700/- (6th CPC scales) or equivalent; and

(b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience;

(i) Degree in law from a recognized University or equivalent; and(ii) 10 years experience in Court procedures, Commercial/Railway Claims mattersincluding administrative experience at Group ‘A’ level.

Note: Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre postheld immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some otherOrganization/Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceedthree years. The maximum age limit for appointment by transfer on deputationshall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
