Preparation of a national strategy for EQUASS Assurance in Lithuania in the VET sector
Preparation of analysis of national market for EQUASS AssuranceStarting to set up potential local licence holder in Lithuania –
Association of vocational rehabilitation providers of Lithuania. Association will be established until September 2009.
Contacts with VR providers who intend to implement the EQUASS Assurance with the aim of being certified.
Information dissemination for national and local authorities (key stakeholders) and VR providers about the EQUASS Assurance.
Translation of the English EQUASS documentation written by EPR into Lithuanian language.

Why there is a need for QM systems?
• The priority for improvement of quality of services are emphasized in social security, health care and vocational rehabilitation policies;
• Law on Public procurement includes the article that in tender specifications may be requirement for QM system, that service provider is certified by independent organization.
