2018 has been an exciting year for us. We have focused on strengthening our organization to gear up for future

growth & customer aspirations with various strategic initiatives.

Customer centricity has always been a key enabler for Jakson's growth. We are proud to have been rated as one of

the most customer focused company in India and have been nominated for a prestigious national award. For times

to come, we would keep on innovating strategies so as to exceed customer expectations. We are committed to

deliver the best customer experience.

At Jakson, we have always valued our stakeholders and consider them an intrinsic part of our growth plans. The

Powergen business, has always had annual partner meets and we have now extended this to our solar business as

well. We value feedback from our partners which helps Jakson to continually improve and raise the bar. This year we

also introduced an Annual Vendor meet which helped us not only build a bond with them but also work seamlessly

with them as one team. We are convinced that this sharing of common goals & values will continue to be our

“mantra of success”.

We continue to make strong progress in all the businesses with a healthy order book and revenue outlook for

coming year. Powergen and EPC business have demonstrated outstanding growth and performance. The solar

business stands consolidated & restructured and is now poised for a turnaround with some significant inroads in

the market place.

JAKSON DG SETS REMAIN A FIRST CHOICE FOR BANKING SECTOR

IOCL PLACES ORDER FOR ITS BOTTLING PLANTS

Jakson has bagged orders for supply of 21 DG sets to IOCL for its

various bottling plants located in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and

North Eastern states. The order comprises complete supply,

installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) of 20x750KVA &

1X1250 KVA DG sets manufactured by Jakson.

BUSINESS UPDATES

Jakson is executing a prestigious order for Krishnapatnam Port,

one of India's leading ports located in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

The scope of work includes supply, installation, commissioning

and testing of 3x2000KVA DG sets for their container lifting hoist.

JAKSON TO POWER INDIA'S LEADING PORT

JWIL Infra Ltd has placed orders for four 1500 KVA gensets for its

water supply project in Guwahati, Assam. The new gensets had to

be integrated with their existing set-up which required special

engineering skills. Jakson being a market leader in the space,

Leading Indian Banks - Axis & HDFC - have placed orders for Jakson

DG sets across various ratings to be installed at their banking

branches in Noida and Mumbai respectively. The banking sector is

a key customer segment for Jakson and our gensets continue to be

their most trusted power back-up solution for uninterrupted

operations.

Jakson bagged bulk orders of more than 100 DG sets from various

infrastructure companies across India. These include orders from

leading infrastructure firms like PNC, Apco, Shivam Condev and

Rishabh contruction. The orders comprise DG sets across LHP,

MHP & HHP ratings to be installed across their various project sites.

INFRASTRUCTURE SECTOR DRIVES VOLUME SALES

Jakson has bagged a high value order from Translec Systems,

Odisha. The order consists a mix of LHP & MHP DG sets including

installation and commissioning. Jakson was awarded this contract

after stiff competition. The gensets will be supplied to National Skill

Development Corporation (NSDC) for their upcoming centre at

Khurdah.

HIGH VALUE ORDER FROM TRANSLEC SYSTEM, ODISHA

Brahmaputra Commerce has placed DG set orders to be used at

various sites of Oil India Ltd in remote areas of Assam. The order

includes supply of 15 nos of 10 kVA DG sets.

POWER BACK UP SOLUTION FOR BRAHMAPUTRA COMMERCE, GUWAHATI

Jakson has bagged a prestigious order for providing complete

power back solution for Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Rajya Prashasan

Evam Prabandhan Academy in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The scope

of work for the project includes SITC of 4 X 1500 KVA; 1 X 750 KVA

and 1 X 500 KVA DG sets at the Academy.

CITY CAPITAL HYDERABAD TO BE POWERED BY JAKSON

City Capital, a destination shopping mall in Hyderabad has

partnered Jakson for providing power back for its new mall in the

city. Scope of work includes SITC of MHP & HHP DG sets that will

L&T FORD SITE SUCCESSFULLY COMMISSIONED

Jakson successfully commissioned a DG back-up power system at

Ford Global Technology and Business Centre at Chennai. Scope of

work for the project included supply, installation, testing and

commissioning (SITC) of 7 X 2000 KVA and 11 KV DG sets

complete with VCB panels, control & relay panels, NIS & NGR

panels, battery charger and battery banks.

Jakson in partnership with its authorized channel partner M/s Arya

Nirman, installed a 70 KW on-grid rooftop solar power plant at Doon

Public School, Panchkula, Haryana. The installed rooftop solar

plant will help the school in significantly reducing electricity costs

as well as contribute to a greener environment.

Jakson successfully installed and commissioned a 40 KW on-grid

rooftop solar power plant at Sutlej Public School, Panchkula,

Haryana. The installation was carried out by our channel partner

M/s Arya Nirman and will help the school administration save

significantly on electricity costs. In addition, it will enhance the

reputation of the school as a forward-looking and environmentally

responsible institution.

CUSTOMER MEET, PURULIA, WEST BENGAL

JAKSON MODULES POWER A ROOFTOP SOLAR PLANT AT A COLD STORAGE

Jakson’s solar modules were used for installation of a 120 KW

rooftop solar plant at Sheetal Ice and Preservation Pvt Ltd in

Naujheel, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. Jakson's solar modules were

preferred over competition for its high efficiency, excellent PID

characteristics and robust built quality. Approximately 370

polycrystalline modules of 325 Wp were installed at the plant.

Jakson in partnership with its local channel partner M/s Shree

Ganesh Battery House installed a 25KW on-grid rooftop solar plant

at Civil Hospital, Bhatinda, Punjab. This rooftop installation will

facilitate electricity cost savings for the hospital as well as

contribute towards reducing carbon emissions.

CIVIL HOSPITAL AT BATHINDA GETS POWERED BY JAKSON SOLAR

Jakson in association with its channel partner TSE Enterprises,

Fatehabad installed a 50 KW solar power plant on top of an

industrial tin-shed structure. The grid-tied plant, installed at

Majestic Hyundai, a leading car dealership in Fatehabad, Uttar

Pradesh will meet the daily power requirements of the dealership

and also aid substantial electricity cost savings.

Jakson installed a 20 KW solar power plant at Manjgu Honda, a 2-

wheeler Honda dealership located at Fatehabad, Uttar Pradesh.

The installation was done in partnership with local partner M/s TSE

Enterprises. The plant will provide green power for running the

regular operations of the establishment. It will also help reduce

electricity costs as well as offset carbon emissions.

CONFERENCE

Jakson is executing an electrical EPC contract for NMDC Limited

for its upcoming township in Dhanapunji and Chowkawada in

Jagdalpur, Bastar District, Chhattisgarh. Scope of work for the

project includes providing electricity supply from NMDC Iron &

Steel Plant to the township by construction of new substations,

cabling, power distribution, and related civil works amongst others.

ELECTRICAL EPC FOR NMDC TOWNSHIP IN CHHATTISGARH

Jakson has been awarded an E&M project for the Mumbai Metro

Rail Project by Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited. The project

involves design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of

E&M, fire detection & suppression systems, DG Sets for the

elevated corridor of Dahisar comprising 17 stations and rolling

stock depot at Charkop.

JAKSON WINS MUMBAI METRO E&M CONTRACT

Jakson successfully executed a rural electrification project

under Pradhan Mantri Sahaj Bijli Har Ghar Yojana (Saubhagya)

at Maharajganj district in Uttar Pradesh that connected

approximately 80,000 homes to the electricity grid. The project was

awarded to Jakson by Purvanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited.

Scope of work for the project included providing electricity

connections to rural households across 1050 villages in the

identified district cluster covering approximately 4535 habitations.

JAKSON LIGHTS UP 80,000 HOMES IN MAHARAJGANJ, UTTAR PRADESH

A 220KV/132KV/33KV substation with SAS was commissioned by

Jakson in Amethi district, Uttar Pradesh. The project was awarded

to Jakson by Uttar Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation

Limited. Scope of work for the project included design, engineering,

manufacturing, testing and supply of all required materials and

commissioning of project on a turnkey basis.

On the occasion of Engineers Day 2018, Jakson organized a “Make

from Waste” competition in order to ignite the creativity &

innovation amongst our engineers. The event witnessed active

participation of employees from different locations across India

and gave an opportunity for everyone to remember and cherish the

creativity of our engineers. The event left its imprints like flowing

water embarks its impression on a pebbled shore.

Diwali, the festival of lights is one of

the biggest festivals celebrated in

India. At Jakson, we proceeded

with our convention of starting the

day with a “Diwali Puja” for good

fortunes, prosperity and wellbeing

of everyone.

We celebrated the festival of lights

w i t h v a r i o u s t r a d i t i o n a l

competitions like rangoli making,

d e s k d e c o r a t i o n , ‘ m a t k a ’

decoration, etc., to judge teamwork,

creativity and power of innovation

in our employees. It was a fun-filled

event which brought together

employees from different teams to

participate in the various events.

T h e e v e n t c o n c l u d e d w i t h

distribution of Diwali gifts for all

employees in the organization.

With an intention to promote staff health and encourage fitness

amongst them, a free eye & dental check-up camp was organised

for Jakson employees in association with Forever Dental Clinic &

Lenskart. The camp was held on 29th November 2018 at corporate

office in Noida.

Jakson wishes to provide continuous wellness and quality of work

life for its employees. We intend to foster a healthy workplace for

Solar Manufacturing Facility at Greater Noida

Star Plant Award

Jakson started a Star Award Program to

recognize work & behavioural performance

of its employees, who have contributed

towards accomplishment of vision, mission,

values and goals of the organization. Under

the Reward and Recognition program for FY

17-18, three categories of awards were

introduced, which included Star Sales

Performers, Star Plant and Star Site.

To facilitate our star performers, a Star

Award Ceremony was held on 15th October,

2018. It was a day long programme in which

Mr Sameer Gupta, CMD, Jakson Group had

an interaction with the award recipients and

shared the vision of the organization with all
