The year gone by has given us lessons to reach out and adapt to changes,

reinforcing the sensibility of co- existing peacefully with nature and our

fellow beings.

As we usher in the year 2021 with new hopes and aspirations, we at Uttam

School for Girls on our 26th Foundation Day i.e April 9, 2021 are

organising ‘The Happiness Fest- ‘IKIGAI’ to celebrate the challenges

overcame and the positivity that surrounds us.

The details of the various competitions along with other details are

attached herewith.

2. Please send your registration latestby Tuesday, 6th April 2021. Only oneentry per event is allowed for each school.

3. Any change in the details should be notified at least 2days prior to the event.

1. Detailed information of each event has been attached, whereinthe date and time duration of the event along with the rubrics of judgement are also given.

2. Theparticipants should be dressed in their school uniform except when participating in events that require a costume.

3. All the participating schools should strictly adhere to the ‘Rules & Guidelines’. Exceeding the timelimit in the performance can leadto disqualification.

1. Rules for the Participants performing in final round live/online events:▪ Ensure a stable and fast internetconnection.▪ Join 10 minutes before the scheduled time on the givenlink.▪ Keep all the necessary resourcesready beforehand.▪ Cameras to be turned on unless instructedotherwise.▪ Theparticipants will unmute themselves only when it is their turn to speak.▪ Please ensure that your work area is free from background disturbances.▪ Theparticipants are required to be present in the online meeting till the end of the event.▪ The participants must be accompanied by an adult throughout the event especially, in case of

younger age groups. However, adults must not assist the participants during the performanceas it willresult in disqualification.

2. All online events will be conducted on Friday, 9th April 2021 from 10:30 onwards on MS Teams and the meeting links for the online events will be shared on Thursday, 8th April 2021 on school email id.
