1. If the cancellation is received within 90 days (including 90 days) prior the departure date: non-refundable, non-transferable andnon-substitutable.2. If the cancellation is received between 90 days to 6 months prior your departure date, your non-refundable deposit of CAD/USD$300 for the tour reservation is retained, cancellation penalties of flight reservation CAD/USD$350.00 apply.A. All cancellation or written notice change must be received by email or fax.
B. Any cancellation of issued flight tickets would incur a penalty charge of CAD/USD 350.00 per ticket.
C. For tour fare section , the following fee will be charged accordingly when you decide to withdraw your reservations: $ perperson.

Any request of any additions/changes/cancellations regarding flights, accommodations or other arrangement of the above tourhave to be submitted with written notice to UTOvacation Inc, and subject to approval by UTOvacation.6. Any cruise line reserve the right to cancel, modify or substitute any scheduled port of call at any time and for any reasonwhatsoever without prior notice due to the navigation authority and water conditions and UTOvacation shall not be liable for anyloss to guests by reason of such cancellation or substitution.I/We understand the initial deposit of CAD/USD$300 per person is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-substitutable under any circumstance. On or before 150 days prior to departure date, I/We should pay the final payment of tour fee in full. Otherwise, UTOvacation Inc reserves the right to cancel my/our reservation and retain the full amount of the initial deposit. I/We have also read and understood the terms and conditions of UTOvacation cancellation policy.
Cancellation of the flight reservation can only be made through UTOvacation in written format; the following charges will apply in the event of any flight cancellation:
Remarks: 1 Booking: Please fax/email us passport copy (page 2 and 3), booking form, and deposit for tour and air ticket reservation. 2 Deposit: Non-refundable CAD/USD$300.00 per person is required for reservations within 7 days from the time of reservation. 3 Final Payment: Balance of tour price will be made in full 150 days prior to departure. Tour price for a booking made accepted within 150 days of departure is payable in full at the time of booking if the tour is still available. 4 Air tickets should be issued before deadline once seats availability is confirmed.

Visa Application service:If clients apply for a visa through our service, once visa is denied without any responsibilities on our end, we will return all pre-paid tour fare to clients except for the deposit and visa application fee if such case occurs 90 days before departure date and return a portion or none of the pre-paid tour fare within 90 days prior to the departure date according to the cancellation penalty policy.
Reminder:If a child 18 years old or younger is traveling abroad with only one parent/guardian, children MUST carry a notarized consent letter signed by non-accompanying parent/guardian. If a child 18 years old or younger is traveling alone, children must carry a notarized consent letter signed by both parents/guardian. Such consent letter may be requested by immigration authorities when entering into or leaving from a foreign country or by Canadian officials when re-entering into Canada. Failure of presenting such document may result in rejection of boarding aircraft or vessel for the children concerned.
I/We MUST ensure my/our travel document(s) fulfill the requirements of Chinese government. I/We understand and take full responsibility of any disruption or interruption of the trip relating to my/our travel document(s) provided to UTOvacation at booking.
