Saudi Arabian Airlines started out with a DC-3 given to King Abdul Aziz as a gift by the U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt. 1945

Expanding Fleet

Saudi Airlines Cargo Company operates a fleet of 15 freighters consisting of B747F (-8F, 400F and 200F series) and MD-11F aircraft, offering both nose and side loading capabilities to accommodate all types and sizes of cargo. In summer 2013 the airline took delivery of two B747-8F aircraft offering increased capabilities in terms of volume and on time performance.

CIC's objective is to provide our domestic and international customers with the required information, services and innovative solutions for their outgoing, transit and arrival shipments.

The center handles all customer complaints and enquires related to delayed or missing shipments and provides pro-active problem solving services. It will take corrective action to trace and assure forwarding of delayed shipments in domestic and international stations. Moreover, the center will provide contact details for domestic and international GHAs and GSAs upon request.

Cargo claim is a written complaint demanding financial compensation from Saudi Airlines Cargo Co. for loss of, damage or delay to cargo whilst in care and control pursuant to a contract of carriage.

Types of claims:In order for us to accept a claim, the written request must be submitted before the time limit as shown below:
