You Are Invited to Answer the Call to Volunteer as an Assistant or Reader Service A Path With Heart A Message to you from Ron & Mary For the last 35 years, the University of Santa Monica has been a ship on the Sea of Transformational Education. This year, a Sea Change has taken place that has brought forward a notable time of evolution for the University. During the 2015 –2016 Academic Year, USM will be teaching out the Second Year of the Master’s Degree Program in Spiritual Psychology and the Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology with an Emphasis in Consciousness, Health, and Healing (CHH). And we are thrilled to launch USM’s brand-new 10-month Certificate Program in Spiritual Psychology—Soul Centered Living I ! We invite you to join in honoring and supporting students who are either completing their USM education or just embarking on their Soul-Centered educational journey. With record-high registrations and intentions, this year’s CHH class will be the largest class to date! If you are a CHH Graduate, consider serving as a Volunteer or Reader for this extraordinary class. As you know, it is the nature of the Soul to Love and to Learn. As we grow in Consciousness, we realize that successes on the Goal Line (while enjoyable) pale in comparison to the Majesty and Fulfillment experienced through the ongoing revelation of the Joy, Aliveness, and Beauty of the Authentic Self on the Soul Line. As we deepen in our awareness, we realize that the experience of who we truly are—Divine Loving Beings having a human experience—IS our Soul’s purpose. We come to a place where we value taking time to engage with others of a similar awareness in activities of an uplifting nature as a prime way of strengthening our connection to higher Spiritual frequencies. Some people think that Service primarily benefits those being served. What is less clearly understood is that Service most benefits those who are being of Service by giving unconditionally of themselves—for it is in Service that the Soul is nourished and grows. The higher we ascend in Consciousness, the more our Souls wish to Serve. We are deeply moved as we reflect upon all the blessings and all of you who have chosen to support USM, making the dream of offering Soul-Centered education a reality! We invite you to join us as one of the vital pillars of our community, providing the foundation of loving support so that USM students can continue receiving the blessings and benefits of a USM education. By Serving, you truly are making a difference—most importantly, to your Self. With Gratitude and Loving,

Service A Path With Heart

A Message to you from Ron & MaryFor the last 35 years, the University of Santa Monica has been a ship on the Sea of Transformational Education. This year, a Sea Change has taken place that has brought forward a notable time of evolution for the University.

During the 2015–2016 Academic Year, USM will be teaching out the Second Year of the Master’s Degree Program in Spiritual Psychology and the Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology with an Emphasis in Consciousness, Health, and Healing (CHH). And we are thrilled to launch USM’s brand-new 10-month Certificate Program in Spiritual Psychology—Soul Centered Living I!

Accelerate Your Transformation!Benefits of Serving at USM:

What value do you receive in volunteering at USM? Dharmini Cabanillas (’09), Reader I volunteer at USM because I get to experience myself as the best version of me when I serve on the Reading Team. In my day-to-day life I sometimes forget that I am a Divine Being having a human experience, and when I am at USM, I am always reminded of this Truth. I have opportunities to treat myself and others with more gentleness, Compassion, and Acceptance than I might do in my day-to-day life outside of USM. I am reminded of what tremendous Loving and Compassion reside within me that are available to be shared with myself and others.

How does volunteering keep your USM experience alive? Paul Chivabunditt (’13), Reader Volunteering allows me to keep my understanding of the Principles and Practices of Spiritual Psychology sharp. Not only am I lovingly supporting others, but I am often reminded of how to support myself in letting things go that brought suffering and emotional pain. It reminds me to continue to consciously create my life. The students I read for continue to inspire me as I witness their unfoldment and growth.

How does volunteering at USM impact your life? Angela Sanabria (’13), Assistant I receive much value through the volunteering experience. What is most close to my heart is the sacred space that I have created with my commitment to volunteering, a space for myself and my spiritual growth and learning. It is also an opportunity to recharge my batteries for the rest of the month.

The many Blessings of Service are waiting for you. All you need to do is come forward and participate!
