…and more Streamlining of invoicing
Competitive and standardised fees

Neutral vendor
• MSP does not supply any Temporary Agency Workers itself
• Manages a supply chain of agencies to provide temporary agency workers to fulfil bookings
• MSP can use associated or subsidiary companies as a source of supply subject to these companies being treated and competing equally
• No advantage or disadvantage over any other agency in the supply chain
• Ensures the solution to each requirement is objectively determined from the marketplace at all times
• Gives all agencies the same chance to put forward candidates

Own pool

Agency4
Master vendor
• Allows the MSP to use their own temporary workers to fill vacancies or generate a pool of staff,
• ‘First tier’ of agencies may include the customers own pool
• MSP is able to offer different delivery models
• Supplier has the responsibility for the management of relationships with all other agencies
• This enables the customer to benefit from an aggregated and simplified service whilst retaining the breadth of supply from multiple sources.
