User Manual for Sekure Standard Application Steps to run the Application: 1. Double Click the SekureStdApp.exe. 2. The Application Shows the Initializing Window as shown in Figure 1 and it shows the Sekure is initializing on which COM Port. You can change the COM port by manually from the SekureCom.txt file in the root directory of the application or from the application. User Manual for Sekure Standard Application

Steps to run the Application:

1. Double Click the SekureStdApp.exe.

2. The Application Shows the Initializing Window as shown in Figure 1 and it

shows the Sekure is initializing on which COM Port. You can change the COM

port by manually from the SekureCom.txt file in the root directory of the

application or from the application.

This COM port can be Configure from the Application by pressing the Tricubes icon

in the title bar as shown in Figure 2.

If you click the Sekure App Settings menu it will results in Figure 3. From that we

can choose the Sekure initialization port number and the Sekure Version.

Once you selected the port number and the Sekure version press the OK button in the

dialog. If you want it to be the same press Cancel button. To apply the changes you

need to close the application and run it again.

3. After the device initialized then the Application automatically switches to Insert

Card Window as in Figure 4.

4. After you insert the card in to the device the Application will check whether it is a

valid card or not. If it is valid then it starts reading the Card or it will show a

message corrupted or invalid card as shown in Figure 5.

5. While the Application reading the identity info it shows a message “Reading

Identity card Info” as shown in Figure 6.

6. Once the Application finish reading Identity Info, it will automatically switch to

Identity Card Tab and display the data and continue reading the photo and shows

message “Reading photo”. It also shows how many percent it finish reading the

card. By the time the application shows Figure 7.

After it finish reading the photo it displays the photo and continues reading the

data of the next tab one after another as shown in Figure 8.

7. After it displays the photo it continues reading data of driving license information

from the card and it shows a message “Reading Driving Info”. If the application

finish reading driving license info it continues reading Passport info and show the

message “Reading Passport” as in Figure 9. At that time you can switch to

Driving License tab but not to the Passport tab. When you press the driving

license tab button the application will show the Figure 10

8. After the application finishes reading the Passport information we can switch to

Passport tab. If you press the Passport tab button the application switch to

passport tab and show a window as shown in Figure 11.

9. After the application finishes reading the Meps information we can switch to

Meps tab. If you press the Meps tab button the application switch to Meps tab and

show a window as shown in Figure 12.

10. After the application finishes reading the Biometrics information we can switch to

Biometrics tab. If you press the Biometrics tab button the application switch to

Biometrics tab and show a window as shown in Figure 13.

11. Once the application finishes reading all the data from the card, the animation

controls and the progress bar will disappear.

12. Now you can verify the card holder’s finger. For that you have to press the verify

finger button depends on which finger the card holder placed on the Sensor. Once

you pressed the verify finger button application will show the status. If no finger

on the sensor it will show the status as shown in figure 14.

13. Once the card holder place the finger on the sensor it will shows the finger print

image as shown in figure 15.

14. If the biometric verification success the application will show information in the

result as “PASS” or else it will show “FAIL”.

15. After you verify both fingers and the result is “PASS” then you can switch to

Print tab. If you press the print tab button then it will switch to print tab and show

a window as in Figure 16.

16. If you press the preview button, it will results in a different window as shown in

figure 17.

17. After you finish printing you can remove the card from the device. If you remove

the card while the application finishes reading the data from the card or while it is

reading the application switches back to Insert Card window as shown in figure 4

and you cannot switch to other tabs.

18. You also can change the company logo as shown in the following figure by

changing the image in the logo. Jpg in the root directory of the application.
