The Entire HRMS system is divided into following modules

Employee Portal

i. Ability to view self details

ii. Ability to view own salary and download the Monthly Salary Slip

iii. Ability to define & personalize page

iv. Ability to view Dependent Details

v. Ability to feed their Investment Declaration

vi. Ability to view FORM 16 and Forecasting

It is Web Based HRIS Application which is developed for 3i ICSL employees and the application is capturing their Personal details as well as Salary details in the Portal. In this Application, there are 4 (Four) Portal i.e.

Based on Portal, can be accessed the details in the left side navigator after successfully login, the followings are the application links i.e.

LOGIN Details:

First Time Login:

For Successfully login, here we have given the instruction before start to login.

Login Type Select Login Type as Employee

User ID Enter your Employee Id

Password Enter By default password

First time, after entering the above given parameters and click on submit button then the system will ask to change the password with the following details and please ensure that the password length must be 7 to 12 characters.

After entering the respective details and click on save button then your password will be stored in the system, here needs to re-enter the login with your new password, if password is correct then you will be able to successfully login and will get respective details in left side navigator based on your login Type Else the system will show alert as Invalid Input.

FORGOT PASSWORD:

If have forgotten your password what you had in earlier then need to regain your password. For this, needs to fill the following details

Employee Id Enter your Employee Id

Date of Birth Select your Date of Birth

PAN NO Enter your PAN NO

After entering the above details and click on submit button, if your given details is matched with your earlier details which are available in the system then your password would be changed as default password.

Employee Details Module:

After successfully login. You will get the respective options in the left side navigator which is given below.

Personal Details:

Employee can see his/her Personal Details through this Personal Details Screen; if they want to update their details then needs to go to Update Profile Screen.

Salary Details:

If the employee wants to see his/her Salary Details then click on this option and can see Salary Fitment.

v Down Load Salary Slip :

Through this option, the employee can download his/her monthly salary slip for respective month, first needs to select month and year based on this he/she can able to download monthly salary slip as pdf format.

Update Profile

If the employee wants to update his/her personal details, needs to click on update profile option and enter the required details and save it, once it is saved by the employee then he/she will receive mail and needs to authorized it , once it is authorized by employee then it will go to HR End for approval because it is maker and checker

concept and once HR approved this details then the details would be updated in the system.

IT Declaration:

Through this option, the employee can enter their investment declaration details if they have PAN NO.

Form16/ForeCasting

The Employee can download form16 and forecasting through this option but needs to select month and year and can get the details as PDF format.

Employee PF Details

Verify PAN No

1. If your PAN No is Correct then please click on Confirm Details. 2. if your PAN No is not Correct then Please click on Update Button and will get the Following Screen and enter your Correct PAN NO.

Through this option, the employee needs to verify his/her PAN NO.

Update the Dependent Details/ESIC Details

Through this option, the employee needs to enter his/her dependent details as per the given format. Here if the gross salary is greater than or equal to Rs.15000/- then those employees able to enter their dependent details through Dependent Details Option.

If the gross salary is less than Rs.15000/- then those employees able to enter their dependent details through ESIC option.

Separation Module

Resignation Form

Resignation Date Either Date should be current date or prior two days .

Last Working Date Select Last working Date

Notice Shortfall Days Days will be populated based on lwd-resignation date

NT User Id

If you have 3i infotech NT Id then need to click on radio button otherwise click

on NO

Reason for Leaving Enter your reason for leaving

Attachment

Needs to attach the doc file which you have sent to your project manager

Earlier.

Mobile No Enter your Personal Mobile No

Land Line No Enter your Land Line no if it is available otherwise leave it blank

Correspondence Address

Enter your Communication Address, ensure that no special character to be

used

Comments you can put your comment on resignation, ensure that no special character

to be used
