GLOBAL CHANGES Internal PMO database/system tickets addressed (15745, 18590, 18821)
INBOX Tab – No changes Fixed error that occurred when user tries to delete all notifications (13812) RFA Name is now an available column on the General view of Inbox Tasks

RFA Tab Reviewer Instructions text box has been increased to hold an unlimited
amount of text. (1211) The actual publication data has been added to the RFA Header (14799) Search RFA screen has been modified to allow multiple selections in one
query. Also, when creating a new RFA, selection is populated onto RFA details page to eliminate duplicate data entry. (15161)
Separate process for Synopsis or Stand-alone FRN has been removed. Stand-alone FRN is being put back into Grants Online. Process will be completed in next release. (18371)

APPLICATION Tab Public Affairs tasks now work like FALD – all users get a task on the same action and
the first one who selects the task will own it. Threshold is $500,000. (1430) A checkbox for FALD comments has been added to the Selection Package. Previously
there was no checkbox. (2404) An “Other” option was added to the Reasons for Rejection for applications since
sometimes the reason is something other than not meeting minimum requirements or merit review results. (2408)
Fixed problem with “Grant Type” resetting to null on PO Checklist. (16215) GMD – Trigger for Cost Analysis on multi-year applications will be based on total
requested, not just first year funding. (18380)
AWARD Tab Amendment is now locked when sent to Recipient (17149,17279) Submitting PI now has access to initiate Award Action Requests (17416) Multiple notification copies to FPOs on award actions to recipients has been fixed
(18342). FPOs will now get one cc: for Accept Award and Accept Amendment tasks.

Expired awards will now show up on the Search Results screen with a status of “Expired” instead of “Accepted” (12836)
Financial Report Features— Recipient access to SF-270 is now the same as for other Financial Reports
(18216)— A note has been added to the printed version of the FINAL SF-269 and SF-272 to
remind users to include post award transactions (18333)— SF-269 has been corrected to display submitting recipient’s name only once.
(18368)— Box 10h in long version of SF-269 has been fixed to save the value properly.
(20876)— Search Reports feature has been modified with additional options to refine the
query. (18370)— Enforcement Notices for Delinquent Progress and Financial reports begin on
September 15th. They will be sent to Grants Specialists for awards with reports that are more than 2 weeks delinquent (cc: to FPO). Currently ~600 will be sent.
REPORTS Tab Award Tracking Report – FALD routing has been corrected. (13149) Award Tracking Report – “Unknown Status” has been corrected for rejected and
returned actions. (15330, 18270)
