Validation & Substitution Business Area DeterminationBusiness Area is determined based on the plant and division from Table T134G. As division is not a standard field at WBS element level, customer enhancement field is used.

Using User Exit in Substitution Rule, Business Area is determined based on plant and division selected in the WBS element.Prerequisite: 1.Default dummy Business Area (BA) in Project Profile as BA is set as mandatory field (@ Company Code Level) 2.Using Field Selection at WBS element make Business Area as display field. 3. Put BA validation based on Plant & Division so that user is thrown out of the transaction, when the user tries to change the plant when cost is posted to the WBS element (BA could not be changed when cost is posted to the WBS element).
