Successful cases in the WorldZillow, a Real Estate advertising networkCreated a living database of homes across the US.

This database is built from a range of sources such as county records, tax data, listing of homes for sale or rental and mortgage information.

The website puts the data with information on local land value and house price to create a service which accurately estimates the value of a house at a given address.

An advanced statistical predictive tool provides up-to-date information on home values and rental prices.
