What’s included in the Hotel Price. Our prices include standard run of house room only accommodation, unlessotherwise stated. In rare cases hotels are fully inclusive (i.e. food and beverageincluded) this will be clearly listed in the hotel description. None of ourpackages include attraction tickets or resort facilities such as kiddies clubs,massage therapy or spa treatments. Although we list the facilities of a property in our hotel descriptions this doesnot necessarily mean that the use of these facilities is included in your price orfree of charge, if you are in any doubt please inquire from our reservationstaff at the time of booking.

Price VariationAll prices, which are given in Euros, are based on tariffs and exchange ratescurrent and appropriate at the time of publication. If any of these vary theholiday may increase/decrease accordingly. Whilst every effort is made toavoid mistakes in prices arising, occasionally, due to the complexity of pricingand fares and the high volume of transactions carried out by Sunway, bonafide and genuine mistakes occur. Where mistakes do arise the consumer shallbe informed of the correct price as soon as possible and the consumer shallbe entitled to either confirm the booking at the correct price or cancel theholiday immediately in writing and receive a full refund of the monies paid.

Description of Accommodation & ResortsWe have done our utmost to be accurate in our accommodation and resortdescriptions but due to maintenance, refurbishment, low season, weather,public holidays and religious festivals, facilities and entertainment may betemporarily withdrawn without notice. Hotels, Lodges & RoomsAccommodation is based on standard twin/double bedded room unlessotherwise stated. Higher category rooms can be secured at many of thehotels and the applicable supplement will be advised at the time of booking.

Check-in, Checkout TimePlease note that at most hotels and lodges check-in is not until 1500 hrs andyou will be expected to vacate your room normally between 1000 and 1200hrs – irrespective of the time that you intend to depart. If the hotel is not fullthen it is usually possible for early check-in or late checkout arrangements tobe made locally, a charge is usually applicable.

Resort Fees: You should be aware that certain properties levy clients directlyin resort with fees for the use of various facilities at those properties. Wehave, where possible, in this brochure, detailed such fees in the hoteldescriptions applicable.

Parking: Most properties offer free parking, however some establishments docharge a daily/weekly fee. Where possible, we endeavour to advise of thesecharges.

Escorted ToursAll touring holidays are fully escorted from the point of arrival in America orCanada and to the point of departure, unless specified otherwise on the tourpages. Should you choose to extend your holiday no representatives will beavailable. However, an emergency contact number within North America willbe provided. Details of how to contact our agents will be included in yourtravel pack sent with tickets. Please note hotels maybe substituted for a similaror higher category of hotel.

Currency and Credit CardWe believe it is essential to obtain a credit card prior to your departure. InAmerica credit cards are a way of like. Hotels will require an imprint of yourcredit card at check-in to cover for incidentals and for security reasons. Carhire companies will also require a credit card imprint of the nominated driver.In our opinion you should not leave home without your plastic friend. Thecurrency in the U.S. is the U.S. dollar & in Canada is the Canadian dollar.

Drinking LawsRegulations in America and Canada vary but normally it is 21 or over. It isoften necessary to provide ID before being served alcohol.

Car Hire & DrivingPlease note that most hire companies require a deposit at thecommencement of any hire to cover the refilling of your petrol tank at theend of the hire. Seat belts are compulsory. Driving under the influence ofalcohol is a serious offence and traffic laws are strictly enforced. In USA andCanada it is compulsory for drivers to carry a Valid Full driving licence withthem at all times. Driving is on the right hand side of the road.

ComplaintsAny Complaints you might have should be brought to the immediateattention of our local agent, and if not handled to your satisfaction shouldthen be submitted in writing to Sunway’s office in Dublin within 28 days ofyour return. Please refer to sections 13, 14, and 15 of the Booking Form forfurther details.

A final wordWhilst every endeavour is made to ensure that your travel plans runsmoothly there can be times, thankfully very infrequent, when arrangementscan go askew due to local circumstances of which we are unaware and haveno control over. Every effort will be made by the company and its local agentsto minimise any inconvenience.

The responsibility of IATA Airlines in connection with thetours in this brochure is limited to the carriage of passengers and theirbaggage in accordance with conditions of carriage of the participating airlines.Passengers are conveyed by other carriers under the terms and conditions setout in the passage tickets and the companies are exempt from liability forloss/damage or personal injury. Entry Requir ements to the USA

All travellers from Visa Waiver Programme (VWP) countries (which includes Ireland) will have to register with ESTA“Electronic System for Travel Authorisation” prior to boarding an air carrier or water vessel bound to the USA.

There is a fee when applying for your ESTA number.

Applicants can be made through the following website: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov

An approved travel author ization via ESTA is:

• Required for all VWP travelers prior to boarding a carrier to travel by air or sea to the U.S.

• Valid, unless revoked, for up to two years or until the traveler’s passport expires, whichever comes first.

• Valid for multiple entries into the U.S. As future trips are planned, or if an applicant’s destination addresses

or itineraries change after their authorization has been approved, they may easily update that information through the ESTAWeb site.

• Not a guarantee of admissibility to the United States at a port of entry. ESTA approval only authorises a traveller to boarda carrier for travel to the U.S. under the VWP. (For additional information, please visit “For International Visitors” atwww.CBP.gov/travel.
