    Reduces conflict points at Winchester intersection from 45 to12

    interchange

    ODOT can cover costs

    Likely few R/W takes

    Retains access to/from Winchester

    Full interchange may never get funded

    Would not likely solve long-term (i.e. 20+ years) trafficconcerns

    If interchange eventually gets built, Super Street featureswould need to be fully/partially removed

    Pickerington would eventually require asignal @ US 33/Allen Road, which isnot preferred
