13 31City farmCity farmCity farm combines more uses viewed as “green”. It offers cultural and recreational possibilities for the community – community garden (growing flowers, vegetables, fruits), place for meetings and farmers markets, working and playing with animals (mainly for children), horse riding. It also offers environmental education programs for organized groups (school children) and individuals. And it uses the organic waste from maintaining public parks as fertilizer (after composting).

13 31Car-free + energy efficient Car-free + energy efficient neighbourhoodneighbourhood

Mixed-use development with prevalent residential function, designed to enables cca. 2000-3000 residents to live without owning a car. It consists of apartment houses, terraced houses and semidetached houses and is based on Vauban car-free model, where streets are free from parking spaces and some parking is available in car park house on the border of the area. The houses should meet the European commission requirements for energy efficiency 2020; which means passive standard.
