Fathiah Shamsuddin MA in Counseling, MA in TESL, BA in Communications, BA in Linguistics

Fathiah is the co-owner of Uptown Dreamers Sdn Bhd, a company providing business coaching to networking business entrepreneurs internationally. Fathiah is actively building and growing her training and business coaching, not only in Malaysia but also in other countries namely Singapore, Vietnam, Brunei, India, Australia and Hong Kong. Fathiah obtained her double degrees – Bachelor’s of Communications and Bachelor’s of Linguistics - from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA, and her double Masters – Master’s in Counseling and Master’s in Teaching English as a Second Language - from Central Michigan University, Mount Pleasant, Michigan, USA.

 

Fathiah’s passion in Motivational Psychology and Human Behavior has led her to currently pursue a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Certification Program, certified by the American Alliance of NLP, to become a Certified NLP Practitioner, to help change lives more effectively. Fathiah has more than 14 years experience working in the financial, educational and the oil industry in the various fields of human resource development, public relations and marketing communications. She later embarked on her journey to becoming an entrepreneur by setting up her own businesses in retailing and consulting. During the economic crisis of 1998, Fathiah decided to make a transition in her career and ventured into the network marketing industry to realize her dreams of achieving her personal and financial freedom. Within three years, she developed a large growing network that, today, spans across the country and in Asia and Europe. They have helped many others to successfully become independent business owners and to embrace business entrepreneurship. Fathiah used to be affiliated and served as a consultant to a global premier education and personal development organization, based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA; a company which provided a proven business system for business coaching and leadership mentoring in more than 30 countries around the world. Today, she is a successful and sought-after business coach and counselor to aspiring entrepreneurs in the network marketing industry globally. Fathiah is also a sought-after speaker internationally and speaks to thousands of people on business ownership, leadership and success in business and in life, not only in Malaysia but in Singapore, Vietnam, India, Thailand, Australia, Hong Kong, Korea, South Africa, Slovenia, Finland, and Sweden; impacting and changing lives. She is an avid reader, especially in the areas of Mindset Reprogramming and in the Power of the Subconscious Mind. Fathiah loves travelling around the world, spending quality and quantity time with her three beautiful children. Her dreams and life purpose are to write a book on empowering men and women to change their life by changing their thinking to unleash their full potential and to set up her “Network of Compassion” to support educational and religious programs for children. She also lives with the vision of establishing a Youth Camp to help young children explore “Possibility Thinking” and to develop a clear, positive picture of the incredible person they can become and the self esteem they need to get there. Fathiah’s greatest passion and strength is in personally coaching and helping people achieve happiness, health, wealth and success through mindset reprogramming of their thinking and live a life of “Quantum Excellence”. Roshni Abdul Aziz BA in Information Technology, Advanced Diploma in Business Management,

Certificate in Health Science & Nutrition Roshni Abdul Aziz graduated with Bachelor of Science (IT) from University of Texas, Austin, USA. She also has an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from Swansea Institute of Higher Education, UK. Roshni first served as a Commissioned Officer in the Malaysian Army up to the rank of Captain. Thereafter she was employed in the field of Information Technology for several years then later decided to pioneer a franchised business –Future Kids Training Centre, which quickly expanded into two outlets. Since 1995 Roshni has engaged herself as an entrepreneur in the Network Marketing industry.

 

As a significant player in the Network Marketing industry Roshni is involved in coaching and mentoring thousands of people in building their Network Marketing businesses; empowering them by nurturing and developing their leadership skills, people skills, character building and principles of success to help them in their personal and professional life. Roshni has been invited to speak on business ownership and free enterprise both locally and internationally at seminars in Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand, Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia, Australia, Poland, Turkey, Croatia, Greece, and South Africa to audiences ranging up to 7000 or more. In her pursuit for a balanced life, Roshni has also attained Personal Fitness Cert 3 & 4 from the Australian Institute of Fitness (AIF); Certificate in Health (Nutrition, Weight Loss & Consulting); Certificate in Health Science (Life Coaching) LIF10 as well as GRAZO5C from Australian College QED (*Australian College QED (ACQ) is an approved training provider for the International Institute for Complementary Therapists) She tirelessly continues to pursue further knowledge and experience in the field of health and wellness.  Roshni also used to serve as a consultant to a US-based personal development and training organization which trains networking entrepreneurs globally in more than 30 countries. Her affiliation with this global organization has enabled Roshni to impact and change lives of thousands of people. Together with her husband, Abel Iskandar, who is a qualified civil engineer, they achieved their financial independence in their mid thirties. This has enabled them to have a balanced life, encompassing finance, health, spiritual and family. Roshni strongly believes that ‘Quantum Excellence” will significantly impact the lives of many here in Malaysia and all over Asia. She is very passionate about imparting her knowledge on the real meaning of success, developing and maintaining fulfilling relationships, helping to chart a way to live life well and with significance.
