Overview

Our group of highly experienced geologists, geoscientists, reservoir engineers,

production engineers, and economists work in multi-disciplinary teams to deliver

the following:

• planning of exploration activities,

• airborne geochemical exploration of the Earth

to search for hydrocarbon accumulations,

• resources and reserves evaluation,

• ranking and economic assessment of the perspective

areas,

• seismic data acquisition, processing and interpretation,

• geologic modeling and reservoir simulation

• field development plans, field facilities designs,

• oil and gas fields operation and management,

• enhanced recovery, well treatment etc.

Airborne Geochemical Survey

Hydrocarbon fluids migration impact the Earth landscape which result in the vegetative, soil, bacterial changes. These anomalies indicate presence of hydrocarbons underneath and can be registered by the airborne survey. Based on the results of computer analysis of airborne and thermal survey data the anomalies associated with hydrocarbon accumulations are delineated and supported by geological substantiation

This method is a valuable addition to the geological and geophysical data which allows to significantly increase chance of success and reduce exploration cost.

80% of wells drilled on prospects outlined as anomalies associated with hydrocarbon accumulations resulted in commercial discoveries. In contrast, only 11% of successful wells have been drilled on prospects without such anomalies (Dietmar Schumacher, Success of exploration activities is doubled as a result of combination of seismic data with hydrocarbons infiltration data. The results of the analysis performed by us allow companies to cut the costs of geophysical studies up to 7-9 times, to triple chance of success, and also to choose a rational strategy of developing licensed areas and concessions for oil and gas production.
