Michael has a varied and exciting career history as an entrepreneurial business owner / partner with 20 years of experience in the energy, trading, finance and real estate sectors. He has worked with SME’s and blue chip companies in the UK, US, Canada, Australia and Africa. All of which has allowed him to build and maintain many strong relations within these sectors.

Sean has upwards of 20 years experience in the Construction Industry and the Environmental Movement. He is passionate about making quality of life and brings this to the fore in UpSPACE. He has a great depth and knowledge of contacts within the industry and his drive and enthuisiasm comes to the fore in his role. Sean is one of those people that has a genuiness about him that is unshakable.

Max has been a solicitor for over 30 years and during that time there has been very little of a legal nature that he hasn’t dealt with. He focuses on connecting with clients and enjoys providing innovative solutions to seemingly complicated problems.

Jason comes from a digital marketing background with a strong emphasis on design and audience engagement with SEO driven content marketing. (That’s ‘Search Engine Optimisation’ for the rest of us, which means using the likes of Google etc to bring the right people to the right places online.) Jason will be developing and maintaining our platform and brings a welcomed youthful perspective to the team that is both fresh and well informed.

Legal agreement is made between Owner and UpSPACE

UpSPACE arrange to design and plan the agreed development

On Succesful Planning, our legal partners secure investment by taking first legal charge over the project to secure finance

UpSpace raises finance for the delivery of the project through our network of investors on the UpSPACE Crowd Fund Platform.

UpSPACE monitors the delivery of the Project. Upon succesful completion the project repays the capital investment to UpSpace Crowd Fund Platform.

The Site Owner then realise their profit on the project.
