personnel, reducing qualification times and improving the skill base within the business. Developed over 100 Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) in my first year as Operations

Manager. Successfully led a $250,000 project initiative to improve thermal efficiencies and eliminate damage to

Superheater tubes during startups and minimum loads by replacing high pressure drain valves throughout the site.

Managed highly skilled maintenance, engineering and support staffs in the operation and maintenance of a 2200 MW power plant with multiple buildings, infrastructure, safety and environmental systems, hazardous systems, and many other support systems over a 1000 acre site.
