The Louis Berger Group, Inc. (LBGI) is the prime contractor of United States for International Development (USAID) in the implementation of the Growth with Equity in Mindanao (GEM 3 Program), undertake the implementation of up to 1000 Barangay Infrastructure Projects (BIP) such as water systems, warehouses, solar dryers, boat landings, trading centers, culverts, bridges and roadway upgrades or repairs. up with a long list of projects culled from the Annual Investment Plans (AIPs) of the province and/or Municipality.
