TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.Mail Order.

All orders should be accompanied by the correct amount of money. This may be in the form of a cheque, money order or acceptable credit card. Coins or

bank notes should not be sent by post. Telephone orders or fax orders may be paid for with credit card. Your full address with post code should be given

and your telephone number in case there are any problems.

2.Credit cards Orders

It is necessary to give the name of the card, the number, the name of the person of the card and the expiry date. The address where the credit card

statements are sent is also required, especially if different to the delivery address. In certain circumstances credit card companies may not authorised

payment and ask the company to refer back to the card holder. Should this happen you will be advised.

3.Goods to companies, Wholesalers or the Retail Trade.

Where companies have established trading relations (after satisfactory credit references from their bankers and 2 trade references). Invoices are prepared

with the delivery note. Accounts should be settled promptly according to agreed terms.

Invoices should be paid in full within 30 days.

4. Despatch of goods.

Every effect is made to send out goods as quickly as possible. It should be noted that occasionally where special items or certain oils are required, they

may be a delay.

Damage or shortages in delivered goods should be notified in the first instance by telephone and within seven days in writing. Low value and small item

will be sent by Royal mail. High value and large parcels will normally be sent by carrier. When a carrier Delivers to a private address (your home) they

will Invoice the sender if more than one attempt is made to deliver the parcel. These charges may be passed on to you if no prior arrangement is made

about delivery.

5.Avaliability

The company stocks over 170 oils and absolutes and stock levels are carefully maintained. As aromatics comes from all parts of the world. Some times

events may make certain item unobtainable. Where these events occur alternative source may be used if at all possible. We will always advise you of this

.

6.Health and Safety.

The Company cannot be held responsible for the misuse of its products by individual customers. Essential oils should not be used internally . Essential

Oils should be used externally in the dilute form as advised. Please note that some oils or absolutes may irriate cosmetically sensitive skin.

7.Export Orders.

Payment for export orders will only be accepted by major credit cards or international money orders transfers through a bank. Export order will only be

dispatched when your payment has been cleared by our bank. Data Sheets are provided with commercial orders. Technical Data sheets are available for

bulk supplies.
