personal hygiene practices.

• Periodic refresher course at least once per year

• In depth food safety training for supervisors/

managers

Do not hold the training until you are ready.

Follow up and enforcement of the rules by your

supervisors is key. Role modeling.

Provide incentives/rewards after training and be blunt

about the new rules.
