Thank you for your support of Bible translation in Ethiopia!

Rev. Berhanu Kambro is in regular contact with six ongoing language projects. He provides encouragement and practical assistance when necessary, keeping teams updated and dealing with issues as they arise. Local churches also offer their support to the language projects through prayer and donations.

Several of the projects have been challenged due to a lack of staffing. COVID-19 as well as other health related concerns have affected a few of the teams. However, work continues even as Rev. Kambro seeks to fill open positions with qualified candidates. His administrative and organizational skills ensure that each project is able to complete its immediate goals.

Rev. Kambro is also planning a future sociolinguistic survey of two languages for potential translation projects.
