together with our digital journey in order to ensure we have the best in class information systems that help us in our

decision making real time.

Our people are our biggest assets and we will continue to invest resources in their development to prepare for future

growth.

It is heartening to note that our EPC business is continuing to show the expected growth in revenue with a significant

order book. We are now exploring overseas markets to support our aspirational growth objectives. Given our execution

strengths and experience we strongly believe that this business will be one of our growth engine for future. In addition, we

are looking to grow our solar EPC business both in India & overseas with some exciting prospects nearing closure.

Our Power Gen Business continues to carry a healthy order book and growth and we are confident that in the coming

months we will further consolidate our position as a market leader. Our loyal customer base and customer centricity in

this business is potent strength in the market place. Our defence business has made strategic inroads in various sectors

within defence that position us well for future growth.

We have spent considerable time in working our future strategy for Solar business. We are of the firm view that with the

correct channel & product strategy, that is now being put in place, this business will grow exponentially in a very growth

oriented market place. We are committed to expand our footprint in the solar space.

Jakson has bagged a prestigious order from Bharat Heavy

Electricals Limited (BHEL) for its Mangdechhu Hydroelectric

Project in Bhutan. Scope of work for the order includes supply,

installation, testing and commissioning of diesel generator sets

with complete sync, control & relay panel, NIS & NGR panels, battery

charger and storage fuel tanks amongst others.

JAKSON BAGS PRESTIGIOUS ORDER FROM BHARAT HEAVY ELECTRICALS LIMITED

Jakson has bagged a repeat order from Rungta Mines for its new

steel plant being set up at Karakolha & Karakendra in Odisha. Scope

of work for the project includes supply of High Horse Power rating

DG sets including installation and commissioning. Jakson was

awarded the order based on its superior technical product range.

connectNCC LIMITED PARTNERS JAKSON FOR POWERING ITS PROJECTS

POWER BACK UP SOLUTION FOR PARLE AGRO, SITARGUNJ PLANT

Parle Agro has chosen Jakson gensets for enhancing the backup

power capacity of its Sitargunj manufacturing plant. This plant is

currently under expansion. Jakson was awarded the contract

based on its value engineering, faster delivery & customized

product to suit the plant requirements.

NCC Limited, a leading infrastructure company of Andhra Pradesh

has partnered Jakson to provide back-up power solutions for its

various on-going projects across the country. This includes supply

of gensets for its projects in Bilaspur, Guwahati & Lucknow. The

scope of work for the order include supply, installation, testing &

commissioning of 15 High Horse Power & 10 Medium Horse Power

gensets at its various project sites.

TRIVENI ENGINEERING & INDUSTRIES PLACES MULTIPLE GENSET ORDER

Triveni Engineering & Industries has placed orders for multiple

Jakson DG sets for its various project locations in Uttar Pradesh.

The DG sets will be used by Triveni for its various sewage treatment

plants located in the state. Scope of work includes supply of

multiple LHP and MHP gensets across various ratings.

Jakson bagged another order from AIIMS for for its new

multispecialty hospital being setup in the Indian state of West

Bengal. It is a new medical facility being set up with 300 beds and a

medical college. The scope of work includes supply of High Horse

Power Gensets including supply, installation and commissioning.

POWER BACK-UP SOLUTION FOR PARSVNATH BUILDERS

Parsvnath Builders is a leading real estate player in North India. The

company recently placed orders for Jakson DG sets for its two

upcoming residential projects in NCR region. Scope of work includes

supply of Jakson-Cummins DG sets including installation.

OMC POWER PLACES LARGE DG SET ORDER

Jakson has won a large order from OMC Power for its various

telecom sites in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Scope of work

includes supply of 75 units of Jakson-Cummins low horse power sets

to be delivered to OMC's various sites across the state.

EXPRESS CORPORATE PARK NOIDA RETAINS ITS TRUST IN JAKSON

Express Corporate Park placed a repeat order of Jakson DG sets for

its state-of-the art facility situated in Film City Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

The order includes replacement of existing Jakson DG sets at the

facility with new DG sets to provide power back-up services to the

building. Scope of work includes end-to-end supply and

commissioning of diesel gensets at project site.

Natco Pharma Limited is a leading drug manufacturer based in

Hyderabad. The company recently placed an order for several HHP

DG sets for its upcoming greenfield manufacturing facility in Nellore.

Scope of work includes supply, installation and commissioning of

diesel powered gensets.

HALDIRAM PLACES REPEAT ORDER WITH JAKSON

Jakson continues to be the first choice of Haldiram group for power

backup solutions. The company recently set-up a new manufacturing

facility in Noida for which it placed an order of 20 Jakson DG sets

across LHP, MHP & HHP ratings. Scope of work for the order includes

supply of DG sets.

SIDDHARTHA CONSTRUCTIONS PLACES ORDER FOR DG SETS

Siddhartha constructions, a leading EPC player based in Andhra

Pradesh has placed a multiple DG set order for its various project

sites. Jakson has been working closely with several leading EPC

players in Andhra Pradesh and this order adds another feather in its

cap.

LAURUS LABS LIMITED CONTINUE TO PLACES ORDER FOR DG SETS

Laurus Labs Limited is a leading supplier of anti-retroviral APIs and

intermediates with a manufacturing unit in Vishakhapatnam, Andhra

Pradesh. They are one of our key customers and have been

associated with Jakson for several years. They recently placed a

repeat order for HHP DG sets with Jakson.

POWER BACK UP SOLUTION FOR VASUDHA PHARMA, VISHAKHAPATNAM

Jakson is executing a prestigious order for Vasudha Pharma

Chemicals for its upcoming manufacturing plant. They are presently

catering to the domestic and international markets. The order

AUROBINDO REALTY & INFRA SELECTS JAKSON FOR POWERING ITS CORPORATE OFFICE BUILDING

Aurobindo Realty & Infra Private Limited is a renowned infrastructure

company based in Hyderabad. It has partnered Jakson to provide

BUILDING ELECTRIFICATION PROJECT FOR HPCL GREEN R&D CENTER

Jakson has won a building electrification project from Hindustan

Petroleum Corporation Limited for its Green R&D Center in Bengaluru,

Karnataka. The project involves second phase of the R&D center of the

energy major. The project was awarded to Jakson through an open

tendering process. Scope of work for the project includes turnkey electrical

works comprising supply, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC)

of HV switchboards, distribution transformers, bus ducts, UPS systems,

DG sets, power & control cabling systems, associated lighting, earthing

and lightning protection systems amongst others.

Praveen Pai – Chief Operating Officer, Land Based Solar & Electrical EPC, Jakson Group has been

recognized as one of 'India's Top 100 Most Powerful & Influential Solar Industry Business Leaders' by Solar

Quarter for the year 2019. The Solar Quarter Power 100 award recognizes industry leaders for their

contribution to the growth of solar industry in India. Mr Pai has led the successful execution of several

large scale utility scale solar EPC projects for Jakson in the past year. The award ceremony was held on

the side-lines of the Renewable Energy India Summit recently.

20 MW SOLAR POWER PLANT COMMISSIONED FOR SOLARARISE

Jakson commissioned a 20 MW solar power plant for SolarArise, a leading

solar power developer from India. The plant has been commissioned in

Koppal, Karnataka. Jakson provided turnkey EPC services for this project

that included supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the power

plant including civil and allied electrical works.

Hon'ble Member of Parliament from Godda, Jharkhand, Shri Nishikant

Dubey and Shri Arun Mandal, Hon'ble Member of Legislative

Assembly, Jharkhand inaugurated a 220/132/33 KV grid substation at

Godda district, Jharkhand. Jakson provided turnkey electrical EPC

services for this project that comprised complete supply, installation,

testing and commissioning including allied civil and other electrical

works. The project was awarded to Jakson by Jharkhand Urja

Sancharan Nigam Limited.

Jakson in association with its channel partner, Shree Ganesh

Battery House installed a 55 KW rooftop solar plant at Mela Ram

Hospital, Bhatinda. Solar energy from the plant will primarily be

used for lighting appliances and cut down electricity costs.

80 KW AT AASTHA KIDNEY HOSPITAL, SRI GANGANAGAR, RAJASTHAN

GOOD SHEPHERD SCHOOL, SRI GANGANAGAR GOES SOLAR WITH A 100 KW ROOFTOP SOLAR PLANT

Jakson successfully executed installation of a 100 KW on-grid

rooftop solar power plant at Good Shepherd School, Sri

Ganganagar, Rajasthan. The installation, carried out by our channel

partner M/s Sol Power Enterprises, will help the school with

massive cost savings. In addition, it will enhance the reputation of

the school as a forward-looking and environmentally responsible

institution.A 50 KW solar rooftop plant was installed at MI Builders,

a residential society based in Lucknow, UP. The installation was

done in association with our channel partner M/s SR Green Energy.

The plant will primarily be used for lighting requirements of the

society and help in reducing dependence on grid power.

Solar Energy, Faridkot installed a 118 KW land-based solar plant at

Bharat Cardboard & Gen Mills in Faridkot. The move to solar will

reduce the dependence in grid power while enabling substantial

savings in electricity costs in the long run.

TWO 100 KW ROOFTOP SOLAR PLANTS INSTALLED AT POULTRY FARMS IN HARYANA

Jakson in association with its Channel Partner, Divvy Solar recently

executed a two 100 KW solar plants at Champion Research and

Breeding Farms and Safal Feeds in Haryana. The grid-connected

plant will power different poultry farming equipment like feed-

mixers, warmers, ventilation equipment, etc., apart from the basic

lighting requirements of the facility.

Jakson recently organized a Health & Happiness Session at

its corporate office in Noida to make the employees

understand the importance of the sound health and

happiness in a person's life.

Contrary to popular belief that success brings happiness, it

actually works the other way around. Research shows us

that the better you take care of yourself the better you do in all

areas of your life. This means that feeling happy contributes

to better health, resulting in better performance at work.

The workshop was about increasing happiness and building

self-confidence among the employees and covered the

topics such as the science of happiness, gratitude and

optimism, identifying unique strengths, and practicing self-

compassion.

Jakson celebrated 73rd Independence Day of

India with lots of fun and fervor at its corporate

office in Noida. The entire office building was

decorated with tricolor balloons while the

employees were encouraged to dress in ethnic

wear which further enhanced the aesthetic

appeal of the occasion. Ms Aarti Kodilkar & Mr

Rahul Garakoti won the title for best dressed

female and male respectively.

Over and above this, an Independence Day online

quiz competition and a drawing competition,

themed “What freedom means to you”, was also

organized on the occasion. Jaksonites

passionately participated in these competitions

which made the occasion special and memorable

one. We congratulate the quiz winners, Ms

Vaishali Puniya and Mr Ashish Sah, while special

recognition is warranted for meaningful and

thought-provoking paintings from Ms Jyoti

Choudhary, Mr Pratham Aggarwal, Mr Yogendra

Prasad & Mr Nishant Singh, which were adored by

most. Finally, evening snacks turned the

celebration of Independence into an event that

A fitness challenge was recently organized for Jakson

corporate office employees to test their fitness levels as well

The Graduation Ceremony of the first batch of

25 girls from our Early Learning Center in

Kalsar was held on 19th September 2019. The

event was attended by members of our

partner NGO Niveda Foundation and our

employees. 10 of these girls have been

mainstreamed to nearby formal schooling

and the rest of the 15 girls would be

continuing at our Early Learning Center for the

next one year. All the students were awarded

with certificates and gifts on this occasion.
