TO GET MEMBER LOGIN ID & PASSWORD
Note : Member give should register their Mobile No. or Email ID to society
then you get USERNAME & Password by E-mail / SMS.
Member Support :
Those who haven't received their USERNAME / Password, Please contact
too your society or send an E-mail to [email protected] with Subject
line as Society Name , Flat No and with your registered Mobile No & Email

1. Create complaint
2. Track your complaint
3. Give suggestion for complaint
4. Activity and reply from admin
5. Set priority of complaint

Select complaint , Select priority, Add
description, add suggestion =>Save
Open complaint => If any reply given by
admin you can click on view to see reply

track all closed complaint

Process
1. Member can download bills generated
by society.
2. Member can Download Payment
receipt of Paid Payment.
3. Member can check outstanding
payment report & can Pay outstanding
amount online or can generate offline

There are two ways in that member can
pay outstanding amount i.e. directly
from dashboard and another one is
through account feature.
DASHBOARD : After login in account
member can see his total bill amount ,
total amount paid and total pending
amount on dashboard.
By clicking on “PAY ONLINE OR
OFFLINE” it will redirect to pending
amount of member , can check
outstanding by click on “VIEW” and
Member need to click on pay button for
making payment from there.
Dashboard =>Pay Online OR Offline =>
Outstanding bill => pay
PAYMENT PROCESS
After clicking on “Pay” button member will get payment option like as follows
and member can pay “part payment” also by typing amount in amount box .
Again there are two ways to pay due amount or outstanding bill
1. Online 2. Offline
PAYMENT OPTION
Option 1 : Online
A payment gateway is service
provided by an Upayogee software
Here Your society bank account is link
with software that authorizes society
members pay their bills using credit
card , Net Banking , UPI or Wallet
will direct transfer to society bank
account.
After successful transaction software
generate receipt automatically of
payment.
Process :
Member login => Account =>
Outstanding bill => Pay =>
online =>Card /Net banking /UPI
ONLINE PAYMENT GATEWAY
Option 2 : Offline
Purpose of OFFLINE option , if any member
transfers dues amount using “BANK
APPLICATION OR other PORTAL” to Society
Bank Account by IMPS, NEFT , Wallet, So In
society Bank Account Statement It only
shows “Transaction ID”
Society Accountant / Treasurer / Secretary
, Not understand Which Flat Member
Transfer this payment,
Offline payment Helps Member to create his
payment receipt where he can select which
Society Bank Account he transfer payment,
Amount, and Transaction ID as well as
member can attach snapshot Image as proof
that he/she paid society dues and save.
Then society can approve that transaction.
OFFLINE PAYMENT RECEIPT
2) DONE : Once you get the approval from the management committee of society then
your receipt status show payment is done and your account get settled.
3) REJECT : If committee do not found any payment transaction from member against
the receipt generated by member in this case they put the generated receipt in rejection
list.
1) PENDING : Pending status means member made payment from his side and
generate the receipt but management committee of society is not verify yet by checking in
bank statement.

In this feature of our software
owner can add his tenant details
by his own and put all documents
related to tenant

With the help of this feature
member can add Vehicles and
parking information as well as
his tenants parking information

After Login Member Can Change
User ID and Password of his own
preference.
