ABSTRACT

There is sole Equal & Opposite Manifested Nature. This Equal & Opposite Manifested Nature was revealed [created &

manifested] prior to the revelation [creation & manifestation] of finite rational beings. So, ‘Equal & Opposite’ is the Apriori

Framework of Natural Science. Un-contradicted facts of this equal & opposite manifested nature such as Four Basic Fields –

Four Basic Forces – Four Cardinal Directions – Four Gross Elements of Helium-4 Atom, Sirius Binary System, Mercurial

System, Uranian System, Natural Magnetism, and Solar System were also revealed [created & manifested] prior to the

revelation [creation & manifestation] of finite rational beings. So, un-contradicted facts of this equal & opposite manifested

nature are called apriori sciences [pure sciences unmixed with man-made technologies]. This equal & opposite manifested

nature is the one – common – comprehensive – unerring – legitimate – open text of Newton’s Laws [Tawraat or Kalamaallaahi

or Vyapti or Justifiable Philosophy] and Einstein’s Sciences [Injiil or Aayaatillaahi or Paksa-Dharmata or Verifiable Science].

of infallible & unerring revelations, unalterable laws of nature, un-interfering natural mechanisms, manifested signs & scientific

published by Notion Press, 2020]. Scientists of NASI failed to furnish authentic information regarding just 25 scientific issues

[rival hypotheses or contradictories or alternatives] under RTI Act, 2005 [Ref. Letter No. NAS/37/5/2016-017 dated 06/5/2017

Concerned authorities of NASI failed to redress the self-explanatory grievance petition of my daughter Jakiyah Farheen providing

her constitutional remedies [authentic solutions or scientific solutions] of 90 rival hypotheses [contradictories or scientific issues] related to Verifiable Framework & Justifiable Curriculum of Pure Science under Grievance Redress Mechanism. So, my daughter

placed RTI Application under RTI Act – 2005 on April 16, 2020 seeking information regarding the status her self-explanatory

grievance petition. Now, respective PIO of National Academy of Sciences, India [NASI] has furnished following information

under RTI Act – 2005 with Reference No. NAOSC/R/E/20/00004 [Page – 433 of ‘UNO’s Contributions’ published by Notion

Press] – “This is with kind reference to your request [under RTI Act) regarding scientific solutions of 90 rival hypothesis,

received on April 16th, 2020 through RTI-MIS with reference no. NAOSC/R/E/20/00004.

Your aforesaid hypothesis has been sent to the two experts but till date, we have not received their comments. As the Academy

depends on the views of the experts (who are honorary), therefore, we have no option but to send reminders or nominate other

exerts. Reminders were sent; and once again we are sending reminders.

As per policy of the Academy, the expert’s name(s) are not disclosed (as informed to the CIC also in another case). Your case is being dealt in the Academy by the undersigned and Dr. Niraj Kumar, Executive Secretary, NASI. We will try to get the response

from the experts at the earliest possible; if not, then another set of experts would be nominated for the same.”

& Inviolable Religious Rights and Uncompromising Constitutional Rights] of the people of this equal & opposite manifested

nature from UNO’s Universal Violations of our Inalienable Human Rights since antiquity projecting UN Universal Declaration of

Thirty Articles outlining Anti-natural Parameters [Global Standards] for Human Rights and propagating Universal Acceptance of

eminent experts of scientific certainty referred by NASI] will recover our past, our past compulsory prayer, our past hajj, and our
