巴基斯坦南迪普 425MW 燃机项目建筑及安装工程配置三台 9E 燃机,三台余热锅炉

及一台汽轮发电机组,本方案将主要涉及燃机及发电机的厂内运输、卸车及就位。

Pakistan Nandipur 425MW combustion engine project consists of three pieces of 9E

combustion engine, three pieces of exhaust-heat boilers and 1 piece of turbo unit.

This scheme is about the delivery、unloading and location of combustion engine and

generator.

燃机及发电机采用大型平板车运输到施工现场,采用液压千斤顶及轨道直接平移就

位的方法进行施工作业。

Use large-scale flatcar to deliver combustion engine and generator to site.Use

hydraulicjack and track to paralell move the engine and generator.

3. 作业前准备工作及现场必备条件

3.1 现场道路条件

3.2 Road conditions at site

大型平板车进入现场道路畅通,能够保证运输车辆进入燃机厂房内,行走路线内道

路平整、夯实;道路宽度及转弯半径满足运输车辆行走。

Keep the road unblocked for large-scale flatcar and the transport vehicle. The path is

flat and compacted. The width and swerve radius of the road can satisfy the transport

vehicle needs.

根据附图中大型平板车行车路线示意图所示,沿路行走路线对道路进行平整,转弯

位置不能满足转弯半径位置需对道路进行拓宽处理。

According to the routine of the attached drawing for large-scale flatcar, level up the

road, if the swerve radius can’t meet the requirements, it should be widened.

3.2 燃机厂房地基处理

3.2 Treatment for groundsill of the combustion engine workshop

在设备到货前,燃机厂房柱脚施工完毕,满足厂房内回填要求;

Before the plants reached site, complete the columns of the combustion engine

workshop to meet the backfilling requirements of workshop.

燃机厂房回填要求:回填高度以超过厂房柱脚地脚螺栓上平面为基准,且夯实、平

整,能够满足平板车行走要求。

Backfilling requirements for the combustion engine workshop: The height of backfilling

earth should exceed the upper plane of the foot bolt of the workshop columns and it

should be leveled up and compacted to meet the tread need of the flatcar.

3.3 汽机厂房基础

3.3 Foundation of steam turbine workshop

在#1、#2、#3 燃机及发电机主机安装就位前,汽机厂房基础应暂缓施工,待燃机大

件设备就位后,再进行开挖及厂房基础施工。

Before the erection of #1、#2、#3 combustion engine and mainframe of generator,

suspend the foundation construction of the steam turbine workshop. After the

combustion engine plants are perched, resume the excavation and construction of

workshop foundation.

5.1 设备运输

5.2 Plants delivery

5.1.1 设备装车方向 loading direction of plants

根据施工现场场地,#1 燃机位于厂房 1轴线端部,厂房外靠近溢流渠旁,距离不能

满足大型平板车中部装车要求,燃机及发电机装车如下所述:

According to the construction site situation, #1 combustion engine is located at the

No.1 axis end of the workshop. The workshop is near the spillway channel. Thus the

distance can’t meet the loading requirements of large-scale flatcar at the central

section.The loading procedures of combustion engine and generator are as following:

1)#1 燃机装车位于大型平板车尾部,燃机排汽口位于平板车头方向,进厂后,平

板车与燃机中心线平行,靠基础南侧倒入卸车位置。

#1 combustion engine is at the rump of the flatcar and the vent of it is at the head of

the vehicle.After delivered to site,the flatcar should be paralell to the centre line of the

combustion engine and be driven to the unloading area from south direction of the

foundation.

2)#2、#3 燃机装车位于大型平板车中部,燃机排汽口位于平板车尾方向,进厂后,

平板车与燃机中心线平行,靠基础南侧开入卸车位置。

#2、#3 combustion engine are at the middle of the flatcar and the vents of them are at

the rear of the vehicle.After delivered to site,the flatcar should be parallel to the centre

line of the combustion engine and be driven to the unloading area from south direction

of the foundation.

3)#1、#2、#3 燃机发电机装车位于大型平板车中部,燃机发电机励磁端位于平板

车尾方向,进厂后,平板车与燃机中心线平行,靠基础南侧开入卸车位置。

#1、#2、#3 generators of the combustion engine are at the middle of the flatcar.The

field pole is at the rear of the vehicle.After delivered to site,the flatcar should be

paralell to the center line of the combustion engine and driven to the unloading area

from the south direction of the foundation.

5.1.2 运输车辆行走路线 Route for the transport vehicle

设备运输路线如下图所示 route for the transport vehicle as following:

5.2 设备卸车就位

5.3 Preparation of plants unloading

5.2.1 卸车准备 Preparation of unloading

1)场地平整压实。地基碾实后,表面铺 100mm 厚碎石,再次碾压。确保发电机在

平移过程中地基受力面无下沉。

Level up the ground at site.After compaction,spread 100mm thick gravel and compact

it again to make sure when parallel moving the generator there is no sinkage of the

ground.

2)设备卸车所用枕木摆放整齐,平移轨道、液压千斤顶、液压推顶检查完毕,施

工电源已接通.

Lay out the sleepers in order.Check the tracks、hydraulic jack、hydraulic ejection and

connect the power.

5.2.2 作业方法 Operating method

1)平板车停车位置应使设备方向与就位方向一致,中心线对齐,如下简图所示:

Park the flatcar to make the plant in accordance with the perch location,the center line

are the same,as followed drawing:

2)利用汽车吊将四个支墩放置在设备四个吊耳正下方,利用液压千斤顶将设备顶

起,当千斤顶达到最大行程时,在设备与平板车车身间用枕木填实,反复顶升设备,直

到设备下平面与车身间高度差能够满足平移轨道高度要求。简图如下所示:

First,use motocrane to put the four pieces of rest pier right below the four pieces of

lifting eyes;second,use hydraulicjack to hoist the plant,when the jack reached the

highest point,use the sleepers to infill the space between the plant and the body of the

flatcar;third,jacking the plant back and forth until the height diffrence between the

underside of the plant and the body of the motocrane can meet the height requirement

of parallel movement .The diagram is as following:

3)当设备下平面与车身间高度差能够满足轨道高度后,用枕木在设备两端填实,

下降千斤顶,使设备重量重新落在平板车上。取下千斤顶,重新摆放支墩位置,与吊车

配合,穿入平移轨道,如下图所示:

When the height difference between the underside of the plant and the body of th

motocrane can meet the track height,infill the two ends of the plant with

sleepers.Descend the jack and reload the plant on the flatcar.Take off the jack and lay

out the rest pier again.Coordinate with the motocrane and enter the plant in

movement track,as followed drawing:

4)轨道布置完毕后,再用液压千斤顶顶起设备,抽出设备与车身间枕木,使设备

重量落在平移轨道上。取下液压千斤顶,在轨道上布置液压推顶,如下图所示:

After the arrangement of the track,use hydraulicjack to hoist the plant and take out the

sleepers between the plant and motocrane,put down the plant on the movement

track.Take off the hydraulicjack and put the hydraulick ejection on the track,as

followed drawing:

5)启动液压推顶,将设备向基础方向平移,如下图所示:

Start the hydraulic ejection and drive the plant to the foundation direction,as followed

drawing:

6)用液压千斤顶将设备顶起,在设备与基础间用枕木填实,下降千斤顶,使设备

重量全部落在枕木上。取下平移轨道,利用液压千斤顶反复降落,直到设备降落在基础

Use the hydraulicjack to hoist the plant and infill the space between plant and

foundation with sleepers.Descend the jack and put the plant on the sleepers.Take off

the parallel track and hoist the hydraulicjack back and forth until the plant falls on the

foundation,as followed drawing:

操作工 4 人 负责液压千斤顶及液压推顶的操作及维护。

Operator 4people in charge of the operation and maintenance of the

安装工 6 人 负责燃机及发电机就位及施工过程中的辅助工作。

Erector 6people in charge of the auxiliary work during the location and

erection of combustion engine and generator

专职安全员 1 人 负责全过程的安全监督和安全文明施工。

6.2 作业人员要求

6.2 Requirements for the workers

1)施工负责人必须经专业培训,且具有丰富经验的施工人员担任。

The erection principal should receive professinal traning and with plenty of

experience.

2)施工人员在施工前必须认真参加施工前的安全、技术、质量交底,并熟悉和掌

握其安装方法和工艺要求。

The operating workers should take part in the safety、technology、quality training and

get familiar with the erection method and the technical requirements.

3)从事吊装的作业人员应经过安全教育考试合格并体检合格后方可上岗。

The operating workers who work for the hoisting job should take safety examination

and physical examination and go to their post after getting qualification.

4)施工作业人员必须按图纸、有关规程规范和作业指导书的要求进行施工。

The operating workers should execute the work in accordance to the drawings、

related specific standards and instructional text.

5)在施工过程中对有疑问不清楚之处及时反馈给技术人员,不得盲目施工。

Should there be any question or confusion during the work,feedback the information

to technician in time.

6)在施工过程中如发现问题需立即向技术人员及现场指挥人员汇报,不得擅自施

工。

Feedback the question to technician and site commander and avoid working without

permission.

7. 质量、职业健康安全及环境管理措施

7. Management measures of qaulity、health、safety and environment

7.1 施工作业前施工人员必须熟知作业指导书并按照要求进行,施工前进行班组技

术及安全交底,做到每个施工人员心中有数。

Operating workers should get familiar with the operating guideline in advance and

execute based on its requirements.The work crew should learn the technology and

safety regulation before work.

7.2 施工区域要设有明显标志,严禁无关人员靠近。

Set up distinct signal for the construction area and forbid non-related person

approaching to the site.

7.3 检查所用钢丝绳应无锈蚀、断股、乱股及与电焊线接触后打伤痕迹,否则不能

使用。

Check all the hoisting cable and make sure there is no corrosion、rupture and other

problems.

7.4 液压千斤顶在使用前应检查油管、油泵,防止油管道爆管。

Before using the hydraulicjack,check the oil pipes、oil pump to avoid the pipes burst.

7.5 运输车辆进入施工现场沿途应有专人监护,车辆转弯时要防止设备与沿途建筑

碰撞。

Designate special person to supervise the transport vehicle to deliver plants to site

and avoid the plant crashing with buildings when turning a corner.

7.6 现场施工人员应各司其则,严禁脱岗、窜岗。

Everyone should hold his post and performs his function.
