    Vinit Taneja is the CEO of Prerna Centre of Learning. He joined Prerna in July 2008. He has beenfacilitating clients in Agri Machinery, Aviation, Chemicals, KPO, Market Research, Media,

    Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications providing advisory services in organization building, aligning theorganization around desired vision, values and desired cultures and providing training and coaching inempowering, developing and valuing people. He is engaged in integrating traditional wisdom practices ofthe East with western practices in personal excellence and mastery to develop holistic leadershipdevelopment interventions for the corporate sector in India.

    An Engineer from IIT Delhi & an MBA from IIM Calcutta, , Vinit has 30 years of experience in the FMCG,telecom & consulting in Sales, Customer Service, HR, Supply Chain and Consulting functions.

    Before joining Prerna, Vinit worked with Bharti Airtel for 4 years as Chief Process Officer, CustomerServices and Sr. VP, Corporate HR where he was responsible for process design, alignment andimplementation. In his HR stint, Vinit was also responsible for defining and implementing companysleadership development & HR automation strategy and deploying the Balanced Scorecard methodologyto define business and individual goals.

    Vinit was the Sr. Vice President & Director of Institute of Quality Limited (IQL) for 9 years preceding hisrole at Bharti. In IQL, Vinit worked with a number of organizations in telecom, power, IT, logistics,automotive components, fertilizers, chemicals, cement, sugar and petrochemicals sectors. He facilitatedquality, customer and process centric culture transformation, vision and values alignment, goals andstrategy deployment and process improvement. He was certified by Philip Crosby Associates, UK toconduct change management programs for top and senior management.

    Vinit worked in middle and senior management sales and supply chain functional roles in multinationalsnamely Metal Box, Johnson & Johnson & Gillette.

    Vinit is currently serving as an Independent Director on the board of Hi-Tech Gears, an automotivecomponent manufacturing company. He is based out of Delhi.
