The model focuses on making the best business decisions possible for theUniversity andpositioning our innovations for commercial viability. For example,wehaveadoptedpracticestoleverageourintellectualpropertyinamannerthatencourageslong-term strategic partnerships with industry partners and other stakeholders. OTT is also recruiting an ExternalAdvisoryBoardtoassist in implementinganacceleratorfundforproof-of-conceptfundingandprototypedevelopment,therebyaddingvaluetoourearly-stageinnovationsformoreeffectivedeploymentintothecommercialsector.
