We reserve the right to sell to the highest bidder or reject all bids if they do not meet our expectations. The University reserves the right to award in part, in whole, or not at all. The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including by way of example only and without limitation, any quotation that does not contain all the requested information. Sale of this equipment is on an “As-is”, “Where-is” basis. These items may not meet “OSHA- MIOSHA” specifications or Michigan Vehicle regulations. Successful bidders are responsible for removal of their equipment. They are also responsible for all damages, accidents and all other liabilities, which are incurred in the disassembly and removal.
