UIUC uses both the JD and Graduate credit system.

1) The number of credits which will be reported in the students’ official university transcripts will follow the guidelines for graduate credits.

2) The registration information provided by the exchange office to the incoming students will show the number of graduate credits they will receive upon completion of each course. However, the information students see on the intranet of the College of Law shows the JD credit information.

Students are strongly advised to check with the exchange coordinator at UIUC to ensure that they are using the JD credits (not graduate credits) when submitting courses via their online worksheet.
