currently provided by the University College Hospital, The

Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Hospital and the Hospital for

Tropical Diseases

� Contract description• SPIE Matthew Hall are responsible for the design and

installation of the mechanical, electrical and public health

services

� Services provided• The scope comprises air conditioning, heating,

ventilation, mains and domestic water, drainage, BMS,

medical gases, pneumatic tube, nurse call, IT, kitchen

equipment, HV/LV electrical supplies, standby power

generation, lighting, power, fire alarms, security and sprinklers.
